Résumé: This study aimed to investigate the efficiency of teaching strategy based on multiple intelligence&#xD;
theory in achievement of al-fiqh subject, maintaining the effect of learning and students attitudes&#xD;
towards al-fiqh subject among first year preparatory. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher&#xD;
prepared a teacher guide in using strategy based on the multi- intelligence theory in teaching the&#xD;
content of al-fiqh lessons that included in the research. The researcher prepared research tools and&#xD;
checked its psychometric traits. The sample of the study consisted of (46) students in total: (23)&#xD;
control group: (23) experimental group.&#xD;
Achievement test was applied before the experiment to measure the extent of equality and&#xD;
harmony among members of the two groups of the sample. The test and attitudes scale were applied&#xD;
after the experiment to extract efficiency of the learning effect maintenance. The results of the&#xD;
statistical analysis proved the efficiency of the teaching strategy that are based on the multiintelligence&#xD;
theory in achievement , maintaining the learning effect and students attitudes among&#xD;
students of the experimental group in comparison to the controlled group.. The study put forward&#xD;
some recommendations, the most significant of which are conducting similar studies but in different&#xD;
subjects and stage.

Résumé: This study aims at demonstrating the impact of sexual assault on a child’s self-esteem; and that,&#xD;
through a clinical approach involving five cases of children (3 boys and 2 girls), aged between 13 and&#xD;
14 years. This study will be based on the inventory of Coopersmith self-esteem.&#xD;
The results show that sexual assault leads to a drop in the victim's self-esteem, and also that this&#xD;
outcome is narrowly related to the reaction of the child’s family whether it is embodied in aggression&#xD;
or indifference, with a lack of parental support

Résumé: The purpose of the current study is to highlight the nature of the correlation between&#xD;
Psychological stress and Professional stress and the voice disorder with a sample of primary, middle,&#xD;
and secondary school teachers in the territory of laghouat, The first one is measuring the mental and&#xD;
professional pressures. The second one is measuring the voice troubles made by the researchers.&#xD;
The results were as follows:&#xD;
1/ There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological professional stress and the&#xD;
voice disorder of the whole sample of teachers.&#xD;
2/ Degrees of the voice disorder differ according to the psychological professional stress level of the&#xD;
whole sample of teachers.&#xD;
3/ Degrees of the voice disorder do not differ according to the variable of gender.&#xD;
4/ Degrees of the voice disorder differ according to the variable of the stage of education in the whole&#xD;
sample of the primary school teachers.&#xD;
5/ Degrees of the voice disorder differ according to the variable of the professional experience in the&#xD;
whole sample of teachers.&#xD;
6/ Degrees of voice disorder differ according to the variable of timing in the whole sample of teachers.

Résumé: This study aims to determine the impact based on the development of self-concept in the&#xD;
activation of communication between couples counseling program , the researcher used the descriptive&#xD;
method is also based on the experimental method.&#xD;
the researcher used self-concept test Tenci and a questionnaire to measure the transaction&#xD;
between spouses designed by the researcher, in addition to the counseling program , based on the&#xD;
guidance of rational and emotional theory&#xD;
This program was applied to a sample of 30 couples, the results of the study showed that there is&#xD;
a , relationship between self-concept among the couple and communicate between them and the&#xD;
appearance of Indeed the counseling program on the development of self-concept and how&#xD;
communication between couples.
