The results confirmed the negative impact of trade openness on environmental quality in the short and long run which confirms the absence of the application of environmental regulation in the various economic activities in these countries, which would impose the creation of a new environment show integrated standards in order to preserve the environment and promote environmental awareness. It has found that the incomes of the contribution of tourism in Algeria is still weak in the gross domestic product and exports tourism and tourism investments average tourist accommodation to foreign tourists no more than two days, and the rate of tourist arriving weak foreign and domestic tourists no more than hundreds which means more efforts for the advancement of this sector.
