Résumé: This article captures the importance of network planning as an effective means of evaluating and scheduling projects of all kinds whether existing or new projects, one of the most important methods and techniques used in project planning and control is Gantt technology.
The study concluded that what distinguishes Gantt technology in the scheduling of projects in general, is the delay for the period specified contract to deliver the project (whether study or implementation), where a number of problems emerged during the implementation of the project, causing delays may be critical or non-critical to delay the project end date from the specified contractual end date, these problems not only affected the contractor, but all parties involved in the project.

Résumé: L’échec en première année universitaire interpelle souvent par son ampleur. Le passage du lycée à l’université est habituellement marqué par un léger ‘choc’ émotionnel expliqué par le changement radical qui nécessite un temps d’adaptation : il s’agit de revoir sa méthode de travail, de repenser aux objectifs de façon à optimiser les efforts et favoriser la réussite. Ce présent article traite la question d’orientation et d’accompagnement des étudiants sous le système LMD. Notre travail se focalise sur les facteurs deréussite en première année universitaire en s’appuyant, pour consolider notre étude, sur le cas de l’université de Jijel.

Résumé: This study examines the phenomenon of organizational change and its impact on the satisfaction of employees at the Algerian Telecom corporation,The Problematic of the study was to determine the impact of organizational change processes on the satisfaction of employees of this institution, the nature and requirements of the research have necessitated the use of the descriptive approach, Either In the field study, the questionnaire distributed to a sample of workers belonging to different organizational levels within the institution, And in The analysis of data obtained was used the statistical program (spss19), The research concluded with results demonstrating a statistically significant impact of organizational change in its various areas (structural, humanitarian and technological) on worker satisfaction In addition, there are statistically significant differences in the role of organizational change in employee satisfaction due to the functional level of the employees in the institution.

Résumé: This empirical study aims to determine the effectiveness of the field training in the professional sector organized by the higher education and training institutions for the benefit of their students in the stage of graduation, and to highlight the extent of their influence on the student's qualifications and theoretical and methodological knowledge, This is within the framework of Executive Decree N°13-306 of 11 August 2013, which includes organizing field training in the professional environment for students.
We prepared a special questionnaire, distributed to graduates students of the University Center of Illizi in 2017, which were dealt with a series of statistical tests, using the program of statistical groups for social sciences SPSS V.20. The results of the study showed that there was no close correlation or statistically significant relationship between the variables of the study. It was also found that there is homogeneity in the responses of the students who are coming to graduate according to their demographic differences around the study's axes.
