Résumé: The study tackles the problematic of performance the exchange rate regimes in the Maghreb countries, in order to know the reasons for fear of free floating And non-convertibility of currencies.To measure the performance of the exchange rate regime, we have relied on a econometric study of the panels data and the estimator Pooled Means Groups (PMG). We found that the fixed exchange rate regime is the best regime for the Maghreb countries due to the rise in nominal and real shocks, In addition to a high sensitivity to pass - through, and the weak institutional and financial system, Which poses a real threat to floating currency and the liberalization of foreign exchange markets.

Résumé: The study aimed to identify the "material and moral incentives and their impact on the performance of employees" in private hospitals in the capital, Amman, represented a sample of appropriate study for statistical analysis (120) questionnaire, as the researcher using descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives of the study and its objectives, and represented the most prominent results of the study that There is the impact of a statistically significant incentives (physical and moral) on the performance of employees in private hospitals in Jordan, and the study recommended a set of recommendations, notably the development of policies and strategies to increase the effectiveness of the incentives, as well as the need to use incentives system able to meet the needs of workers.

Résumé: This study aimed to measure the impact of global value chains participation on human development for fourteen countries from the emerging economies, where the study has adopted a set of value chains indicators: degree of trade freedom, global value chains participation, concentration of exports and competitive industrial performance. The results of the study revealed a significant relationship between the human development and global value chains participation.

Résumé: The objective of the study was to identify the extent to which the health institution relied on change management to improve the quality of the health service provided. To achieve this goal, a field study was conducted on the public hospital institution Ahmed Ben Adjila in Laghouat, for the following categories: doctors, administrators, paramedics, The questionnaire was distributed in 75 samples, 62 samples were retrieved, and the data was analyzed using the appropriate statistical methods. In addition, Finally, it was found that there is a statistically significant impact of change management on the quality of the health service of the institution under study. The study came out with a set of recommendations, focusing on qualitative change through good training. Good training works to raise the skills and knowledge of the employees.
