Résumé: The present work is about the survey of the food diet through the analysis of the pellets of rejections of the Owl barn Tyto alba (Scopoli, 1759) in tree stations (El-Atteuf; Sebseb and Daïa Ben Dahoua) situated in Ghardaïa. The analysis of 404 balls, has allowed us to identify 5 categories trophic represented with a total of 800 prey individuals is counted, represented by 31 prey species (Sm = 1.6 + 0.7), 17 families and 4 classes. The birds are the more clear soups by this predator (AR = 72,8 %). They are followed by the rodents (AR = 15,1%) and insects (AR = 9,0 %). In terms of biomass the birds dominate in El-Atteuf (B = 94,7 %), in Sebseb (B = 90,9 %) and in Daïa Ben Dahoua (B = 98.5 %). that (is) in global terms (B = 94,6 %).

Résumé: This study, which was carried out for the first time in the heights of Chréa National Park, specifically around Lake Edhaiä (1230 m) between the period of March and June 2016, which consists of knowing the taxonomic component of arthropod communities, their richness and their relative abundance, through the use of three trapping techniques (yellow traps, barber pots, filleting net). The systematic inventory allowed us to identify 111 species of invertebrates divided into 4 classes, 14 orders and 82 families whose insects is best represented (105 species). Species richness varies according to the type of traps, the highest of which is noted for yellow traps (60 species). Of the insects harvested in Barber pots, Coleoptera represents the highest presence (89.07%). Regarding yellow pots, Diptera represent the majority of harvested species (56.47%). In the order of Diptera we can see the strong presence of Chironomidae (28.09%), which is useful for providing information on water quality and pollution indicator. The diversity indices (4.61 bits) and equidistribution (0.78) confirm that the study site is very rich, diversified and populated in species, and that the species are in equilibrium. Lastly, compared to monthly variations, the populations of arthropods recorded are different according to the factorial analysis of the correspondences.

Résumé: In this work, we are interested in studying the investment challenges of packaged reconstituted milk in Southwestern Algeria with respect to the high demand for this strategic consumer product. To reach this objective, we have calculated the cost price of two products (partially reconstituted milk and fermented milk) which present the main production line of the dairy factory of Bechar (Algeria) to assess the profitability of the company in terms of benefit or deficit. The cost price of milk is calculated from the general balance and shows all the movements of the accounts which we have established the table of counting results 'TCR' corresponding to the different charges directly related to the milk manufacturing. The analysis of spending data given by the TCR showed that for this factory, the cost price of one liter of pasteurized milk is estimated at 27.06 DZD/L compared a quay-factory fixed selling price at 23.20 DZD/L, which reveals a deficit of -3.86 DZD/L (-16.63 %), while produced fermented milk showed a profit of +14.65 DZD/L representing a margin of distribution equivalent to (+ 60.16 %) of the cost price that was estimated at 24.35 DZD/L. According to the obtained results, it appears that the dairy industries in Algeria, and elsewhere which are based mainly on milk powder as raw material for the manufacturing of reconstituted milk at a fixed price subsidized in a dairy policy of social character privileged by the state, can have significant profit margins generated primarily by dairy products that can be sold at a free price. This study provides a platform which can be used, not only, to define the ability of dairy factory to overcome competitive market challenges, but also the pre-requisite programs installation challenges required to implement a quality system promoting the quality of milk and dairy products.

Résumé: The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of organic extracts of Bunium incrassatum seeds (Talghouda) on the evolution of some hematological parameters. The study was conducted on rabbits of the local population Oryctolagus cuniculus) the animals were divided into five groups and given daily orally at doses of 0.25, 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg/day. Dose 0 was taken as a control. After treatment, the rabbits were sacrificed, the organs were removed and fixed in 10% formalin and then stained with hematoxylin and eosin and the blood was collected in two tubes, one containing anticoagulant EDTA, and the other dry for the measurement of the different parameters. The obtained results show that treatment with the organic extract of Bunium incrassatum induced an increase in the body weight of treated rabbits compared to the control, as well as effects on the hematological parameters, characterized mainly by a significant increase in the rate of lymphocytes, hemoglobin. This result coincides with the increase in the relative weight of the kidney and liver target organs. We conclude that the components of this medicinal plant may, at specific doses, have a positive effect on certain hematological parameters.
