Résumé: This paper seeks to identify the United States goals of e-marketing for its development projects, in the context of enhancing  its public diplomacy  activities in Algeria. However, the absolute acceptance of the positive aspect of the development concept  does not negate the existence of challenges that may face any project, challenges that may exceed the funding side, political will and popular response, even development communication its elf. Therefore, there are many problemmetics related to how to deal with the issue of the intersection between  development comunication with its noble goals and  public diplomacy which aimed at achieving the objectives of the foreign policy of states

Résumé: The study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the psychological counselor in carrying out his duties within the school, through a field study of a sample of consultants in educational institutions in touggert. The study relied on the descriptive approach as a method of study. The interview and the questionnaire were the main tool for data collection. The study revealed the existence of professional, academic and administrative difficulties facing psychologists, which directly affect his work in the field of psychological care for students in educational institutions.

Résumé: The sense of belonging to the institution in its abstract concept is difficult to measure, but we will try through this paper to identify the most important socio-psychological approaches that dealt with the subject and how to provide different interpretations of organizational affiliation based on the sense of belonging to the institution in the face and the behavior of a practitioner within the institution can be measured and forecast Based on different indicators, the most important manifestations are those behaviors that translate the sense of belonging as discussed by different research and psychological studies, social perception of the sense of belonging to the fact of practice within the institution has indicators and the most important of these behavioral indicators Organizational affiliation, organizational commitment, organizational contribution, organizational integration and compliance, which are the most important indicators within the institution that connect the worker to his organization and his work.

This article is thus a sociological reading of the sources of work ethic within organizations.
