Résumé: The current paper represents a part of the obtained results of a wider project financed by “CREAD”. It deals with the problematic of social equity/exclusion in public transport networks using the physical coverage as an indicator to measure it. The case study was conducted in the Wilaya of Batna where 476 questionnaires have been distributed in 31 provinces that have been selected randomly.&#xD;
&#xD;
Researchers have tried to build a social equity/exclusion map of the Wilaya of Batna, by converting the digital outputs into graphical representations using a geographical information system (QGIS). The map has shown that many provinces are suffering from a weak physical coverage of the public transport network mainly in Ein Djasser, Boumia, Djerma, Tilatou and Tigherghar.

Auteur(s): Yamina BELHIA; Faouzi TCHIKO
Résumé: The purpose of this research is to assess the effect of financial and economic crises on economic growth in emerging Mexico economy. The aim of this work is to empirically examine the short-run and the long run relation between financial crises and economic growth condition in Mexico over the period from 1990 -2017. To do this, we opted for (ARDL) model. The results suggest that financial crises have a significant and permanent effect. These real effects seem to be more important and persistent in emerging countries.&#xD;
&#xD;
This research work is one of the very few studies that have investigated Influence the financial crises on long run economic growth in Mexico country situation using (ARDL) model. Moreover, it contributes to the existing literature in the area.

Auteur(s): Halima Saadia KORICH; Mohamed Lamine KHIAR; Mohamed Ali SBAI
Résumé: This article investigates whether the Islamic finance and economic growth relationship is supported by our sample data of some Golf Cooperation countries in the Middle East and North Africa region. Specifically, the research uses a dataset of fifteen Islamic banks in five MENA countries for different periods ranging from 1994 to 2009. The growth rate of gross loans and the ratio of M2/GDP are taken into account to explore the causal and/or the long-run relationships between them. Our key findings generated by these two empirical tests show that Islamic finance has no effect on economic growth in the selected GCC's banks. Therefore, policies to improve the Islamic banking efficiency in the region are suggested.

    <summary type="text">Titre: Female entrepreneurship in the Maghreb
Auteur(s): Mohammed Himrane; Radhia Zine
Résumé: Although the number of female entrepreneurs is steadily increasing across the world, women-led businesses in the Maghreb remain very weak. As a result, this study attempts to explore the factors that encourage or hinder the entrepreneurial activities of women in the Maghreb. To do this, an interview guide was conducted with 25 female entrepreneurs. According to the results, female entrepreneurs seem to be more motivated by personal factors (the search for personal fulfillment, autonomy and independence). On the other hand, it is clearly expressed that the influence of economic, regulatory and sociocultural factors on their entrepreneurial approach is limited.
