Résumé: As a therapist, doctor, linguist, I was confronted with the “Algerian speaking” and the&#xD;
specific language contact situation that results. This experience allowed me to grasp some&#xD;
outlines of the Algerian Arabic dialect or dariʤa. Algerians cannot change their typical way of&#xD;
communicating, an overlap between Arabic, Tamazight and French. These differences of form&#xD;
do not interfere with intelligibility and do not hinder communication.&#xD;
We will focus on the French loan and the implicit mechanisms of its normalization in&#xD;
dialectal Arabic by the Algerian speaker. What are these rules and cognitive strategies that are&#xD;
used in the dariʤa to treat these loans? How is the transition from Indo-European to Semitic in&#xD;
Algerian dialect Arabic, Can we grow these data for translation?

Résumé: mental health at work has become a subject of primary concern to researchers and specialists in&#xD;
various fields such as occupational medicine, ergonomics, anthropology, and. psychology, They have&#xD;
tried to analyse what is happening and understand a set of concepts linked to the problem: anxiety, work&#xD;
stress, burn-out, professional alienation, moral and sexual harassment. The suffering caused by the&#xD;
pressure of work has become a characteristic of our time.&#xD;
To try to analyse and understand these new forms of discomfort and suffering at work, we propose&#xD;
in our article, to highlight the theoretical framework dealing with the phenomenon, the factors and causes&#xD;
that lead to it, the effects on individuals and organizations on the one hand, and the means for care and&#xD;
prevention on the other hand

Résumé: The aim of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between the forms of&#xD;
organizational commitment (Allen &amp; Meyer1991) and job strain in RAMDY companies at&#xD;
Bejaia .To realize this study, the sample composed of (100): 10 frameworks, 40 supervisors and&#xD;
50 agents of execution the mean of age is 35. To collecting data two scales of measure were used:&#xD;
the measure of the organizational commitment Allen and Meyer (1991) which approaches the&#xD;
organizational commitment under a three dimensional angle ( commitment emotional,&#xD;
normative and calculated) 18 items and the scale of job strain&#xD;
Karasek and Theorell (1990) which comprises 26 items: 9 items for the psychological request, 9&#xD;
items for the decisional autonomy and for the social support. After having checked&#xD;
assumptions, the results revealed that there is a negative significant correlation between&#xD;
the emotional and normative commitment and the level of job strain and a positive&#xD;
correlation between the continuity commitment and the level of job strain at the employees
