Titre: La relation université/entreprise en Algérie, quels liens ? This article try to give some analysis about this relation, precisely, identify a different link that exist between, university’s laboratory, and companies. The elements of analysis that used are collected by interview that was realized with director of laboratories research of university of Bejaia. In issue to this analyze different links are identified (pedagogic relation, and relation of research and expertise), in addition to the effort of university and laboratory reinforce their immersion in companies. Titre: Towards a Project-based Approach to ESP Teaching and Learning. The case of Graduate Students of the Department of Mathematics at Abbess Laghrour University, Algeria Auteur(s): Nafissa Rakai; Nadir Kaouli Résumé: The English language has indulged itself within the Algerian educational system among its tertiary-level institutions and has gained a prominent place not only in EFL classes, but also in other fields of study ,namely, economics, law, technology, science, human science, engineering, and so many others. Students in these departments are exposed to English courses i.e., English for specific purpose courses which are supposed to be aligned along with their needs, serve the communicative objective and equip students with the working skills. However, graduate students in the Department of Mathematics at Abbess Laghrour University find that ESP courses do not match the professional needs they face after graduation. This paper attempts to explore graduate students' attitudes towards ESP courses and to investigate the challenges ESP teachers encounter. This study proposes the integration of the project-based approach to overcome challenges faced by ESP teachers and students as well as prepare this later to acquire the necessary competencies under the umbrella of learner-centeredness. To fulfill this paper's objective, a descriptive study is conducted. Qualitative data are gathered by the means of a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 20 graduate students and 5 teachers of English in the Department of Mathematics. The findings show that project-based approach is indeed a better way of bridging the gap between theory and practice and a vital means for helping learners’ to fulfill their potential inside and outside the university’s setting. Titre: Learning with Digital Tools: The Impact of Integrating ICT on Students' Speaking Proficiency Auteur(s): GHEDEIR BRAHIM Mohammed; NESBA Asma Résumé: Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become common place entities in all aspects of life. Rapid evolution of communication technologies has changed language pedagogy and language use, enabling new ways of learning. Speaking is part of the language skills which is important for language learners to be developed. In foreign language education, improving the speaking skills of students has always been a challenge. The current study focuses on the role and impact of using new technologies in enhancing students' oral performance. The aim of the study is to highlight the effectiveness and the positive outcomes of integrating ICT on learners' oral communicative competencies. The research used a convenience sample of five (5) teachers experienced teaching oral expression and comprehension and twenty (20) second year English students who were invited to respond to questionnaires survey. The findings of this study indicated that the participants spent more time using ICT for private purposes rather than using them for learning how to develop their communicative skills. Most of the respondents expressed positive attitudes towards ICT use to study English and learn how to speak. The study recommends the integration of ICT in English classes in order to maximize communicative competencies attainment on the part of the learners.
