Résumé: This study aims to identify intellectual capital in its dimensions (human capital, structural
capital, client capital) and its impact on the organizational creativity of CNAS employees in
Ghardaia. In this study, we adopted the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for
studying data collection. The study community consisted of administrative and technical staff of the
Social Security Corporation (CNAS) in Ghardaia. The sample included (62) employees. The study
showed many results, including after the human capital, followed by the client capital, and finally
after the structural capital. There is a high degree of practice for the organizational creativity of
employees. The study also showed that there is a significant impact of human capital, the client's
capital on organizational innovation, while there is no effect of structural capital on organizational
innovation

Résumé: This study aims to highlight the most basic elements addressed by the successful
global models of green universities in activating the green economy and achieving
comprehensive development, the study showed that the university is an essential tool for
raising awareness and planting positive thought and establishing interest in the environmental
aspect, and the study found that sustainable development is a continuous long-term
development of society aimed at meeting the need of humanity now and in the future through
the rational use of natural resources and renewal, and the preservation of land for future
generations, and that the Green University is an educational institution. It meets its need for
natural resources, such as energy, water and materials, without compromising the ability of
people in other countries as well as future generations to meet their own needs, and has also
found that leading green universities are working to achieve sustainability by focusing on
several key areas such as sustainable energy and collection (procurement), waste
management and transportation, water... In the end, the study recommended that Algerian
universities should be urged to adopt the content of the concept of green university and apply
it because it has an effective role in preserving the environment Natural resources and the
building of sustainable economies, as well as the need to focus on the most fundamental
elements addressed by the successful global models of green universities in activating the
green economy and achieving comprehensive development, and trying to apply them to the
reality for Algerian universities

Résumé: This study aims to highlight the role and importance of the agricultural sector within the strategic
sectors in the development of the Algerian economy, because it has the natural and human resources
that qualifying it for the development, providing food products, increasing raw domestic products,
and improving the standard of living for a large proportion. It deals with the importance of
sustainable agricultural development, then the potential of the agricultural sector in Algeria. It
examines the position of this sector in the development plans and highlighting its contribution to the
formation of the gross domestic product. Finally, an analytical study was carried out on the
development of the agricultural sector in the state of the Eloued during the period (2000 - 2019), as
well as its contribution to the national agricultural production using the various statistics issued by
the official departments of the state. It identifies the most important obstacles facing it and tries to
determine the requirements for achieving sustainability of the agricultural sector in the state. Where it
is considered this is among the regions of the country that possess sufficient agricultural
qualifications to make it a peasant farm with distinction. It has a strategic importance in this field.
The study concluded that although there are several obstacles to the development of the agricultural
sector, the state of Eloued is considered an excellent agricultural area. This shows the prominent role
of the agricultural sector in the state which has a significant contribution to local and national
production. This made the state to be in the first ranks in many agricultural products nationally. This
contributes to revitalizing the local economy and achieves the sustainable development goals

Résumé: This study aims to know the role of the E-training on job performance. To test this, we
designed a questionnaire and distributed it to a random sample of workers of international petroleum
services in Hassi Messaoud Ouargla. Conducting many statistical tests related to the study, the study
reached the following results: There is effectiveness in the application of electronic training programs
for workers within the company NPS, this has a positive impact on the indicators of effectiveness of job
performance, and the degree of employee awareness of the importance of electronic training does not
differ according to their demographic characteristics.
There is a strong correlation between E-training and job performance in the International Petroleum
Corporation for Petroleum Services in Hassi Messaoud, where the correlation coefficient reached
71.4%. Raised, the coefficient of selection reached 51% this means that e-training Responsible for the
level of performance achieved in the institution under study by 51% and the rest due to other factors not
exposed in the study
