Titre: دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في الرفع من مستوى الاداء التنظيمي "دراسة حالة : مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، ورقلة" Auteur(s): بدوي, رجاء جمانة; باده, لينة Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) بأبعاده (البعد التكنولوجي، البعد التنظيمي، البعد الوظيفي، البعد المالي) في الرفع من مستوى الأداء التنظيمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – ورقلة. وللإحاطة بالجوانب النظرية للدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، وأسلوب دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، وذلك من خلال الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، والذي وُزِّع على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 40 عاملاً. كما تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS V25) لتحليل البيانات والمعطيات، بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، ومعاملات الارتباط، وتحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أبرزها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) في تحسين ورفع الأداء التنظيمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – ورقلة، وهو ما يعززه معامل الارتباط (R = 0.571)، مما يدل على وجود علاقة طردية متوسطة، بالإضافة إلى القوة التفسيرية للنموذج التي بلغت (R² = 0.362); This study aims to reveal the role of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with its dimensions (technological, organizational, functional, and financial), in raising the level of organizational performance at Algeria Telecom - Ouargla. To cover the theoretical aspects of the study, the descriptive approach was used in the theoretical part, and the case study method was used in the practical aspect. This was achieved through a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which was distributed to a random sample of 40 employees. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 25) was also used to analyze the data, relying on arithmetic means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant effect of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in improving and raising organizational performance at Algeria Telecom - Ouargla. To achieve this goal, past consumption data from 2019 to 2024 was relied upon along with the statistical program EViews 12 to compare different models and estimate the optimal model for the study's data in order to predict internet consumption.
