Titre: The impact of Job Security on the Organizational Commitment in Algeria Telecom -Laghouat Auteur(s): ربيعة كيرد; عائشة صفراني Résumé: This study aimed to show the impact of job security (psychological security, job stability, incentives and compensation, work relations) on the organizational commitment in Algeria Telecommunications Corporation in Laghouat. We used 86 questionnaire copies suitable for the study. the statistical program spss and smart-pls are used to analyze data and test the hypotheses using the following statistical methods: The arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, regression… The adopted results are as follow: that is a significant impact of job security on organizational commitment, in addition to the presence of significant differences in the attitudes of the sample members about job security and organizational commitment due to the position variable. Titre: The Impact of the Success Factors of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System on Knowledge Management Processes Auteur(s): محمد زيادي; الطاهر خامرة Résumé: This study aimed to determine the success factors of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system represented in supporting top management, information and communication technology, education and training, change and re-engineering processes, and to test their impact on knowledge management processes (knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution and application Knowledge). This effect was field tested in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Ouargla and its commercial agencies through a questionnaire tool, and the SPSS V.26 program was used to analyze the collected data based on arithmetic averages, standard deviations and regression analysis of various data. Titre: The role of research and development activities in activating the product's technological creativity Auteur(s): نادية عواريب; السايح بوزيد Résumé: The study tackles the availability of the research & development activities (expenditure and employment) the level of the technological creativity of the product in a sample of the Industrial Sector in Algeria. The study seeks as well to identify the extent of the contribution of such activities in operating the technological creativity of the product by examining the correlation and impact factors between the independent variables such as expenditure and the number of the employees along with the dependant variables represented in the technological creativity of the product. To achieve these goals، the study administrated 80 questionnaires to the heads and the officials of the departments of Research & Development and as well the Production Departments in the industrial enterprises in question. The study concluded the following: There is a high level of R&D in the enterprises of the study . The industrial enterprises design actually some new products and do enhance the present products and hence enjoy a high level of creativity. Our study did find a correlation and impact factor between the research activities and the development (expenditure–the number of employees) in technological creativity of the product.
