Résumé: Diabetic foot problems can be devastating to the health of diabetics, who are getting extremely&#xD;
prevalent. A severe bacterial infection could occur in the Ouargla basin (Algeria), which has been&#xD;
weakened by neuropathies and vascular damage. The aim of this study is to isolate and identify the&#xD;
pathogenic bacteria that caused this infection. It involved 24 patients from the Ouargla region&#xD;
who were admitted to Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital (Ouargla) with superficial and moderately&#xD;
deep purulent lesions on their feet associated with diabetes. Swabbing is used to collect samples.&#xD;
The identification of strains was based on the study of morphological, cultural, and biochemical&#xD;
characteristics using Api 20E galleries. The samples yielded mono-microbial results (79.66%).&#xD;
Among the 50 bacterial strains isolated, Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) ranked first with 11&#xD;
strains (22%). Likewise, Gram-negative bacilli (BGP) are the most dominant bacteria. Diabetic&#xD;
Foot Infections (DFI), on the other hand, have a wide variety of bacterial strains.

Résumé: .In order to study, conserve, enhance and better understand the influence of abiotic factors where&#xD;
edaphic on the vegetation of the Sahara, the current work focuses on the study of the biochemical&#xD;
responses of a medicinal plant called Zygophyllum album L. (Zygophyllaceae) through the&#xD;
evaluation of their contents in primary metabolites (total soluble sugars, proline and total&#xD;
proteins) and the hydric and ionic status in the leaves, stems and roots of samples of this plant&#xD;
collected from three stations located in the Ouargla region. The obtained results showed that this&#xD;
species behave differently depending on the physicochemical characteristics of the biotope; the&#xD;
levels of primary metabolites, water and ions accumulated by plants vary considerably between&#xD;
the plants sampled at different stations, and in the same station, between the different organs (leaf,&#xD;
stem, and root). This different behavior is a form of adaptation of the plant to the conditions which&#xD;
surround it and which can modify certain medicinal traits of the plant.

Résumé: This work seeks the substitution of the white sugar used in confectionery by two date syrups from&#xD;
two varieties (Ghars and Deglet Nour). Physico-chemical and biochemical characterizations of&#xD;
the two date syrups reveal total sugar contents of 71.66% ± 1.92 (Ghars) and 63.83% ± 4.61&#xD;
(Deglet Nour); high soluble solids levels of 78.13 ± 0.55 Brix (Ghars) and 76.00 ± 0.00 Brix&#xD;
(Deglet Nour). The polyphenol contents are 215.93 ± 1.96 mg EAG / 100 g for the syrup of the&#xD;
Deglet Nour variety. They are higher than the levels recorded for the syrup of the Ghars variety&#xD;
(175.60 ± 1.37 mg EAG / 100 g). For the two types of candies (caramel and lokum), prepared from&#xD;
the two date syrups, the humidity level after 20 days changes for Loukoum, however the caramels&#xD;
have shown stability in their water content throughout the duration. conservation. Appreciation&#xD;
tests have shown that incorporations of 20% to 50% date syrup in the preparation of sweets are&#xD;
considered acceptable and even very appreciable compared to a total substitution of 100% of&#xD;
sugars by date syrup.

Résumé: Cade oil is obtained after pyrogenation distillation of Juniperus oxycedrus. It is traditionally used&#xD;
to perfume drinking water in southern Algeria. It usually coats the bottom of water jars, jugs and&#xD;
the inside of guerba, without understanding the reason for this traditional ritual. The present study&#xD;
aims to explore the antibacterial property of this oil on treated wastewater from the aerated&#xD;
lagoon treatment plant in the city of Ouargla (Algeria). In view of the results, it appears that cade&#xD;
oil has a notable bactericidal power on the strains of the staphylococcus genus tested (zones of&#xD;
inhibition ranging from 20.84 mm to 32.51 mm). The addition of this oil to a sample of wastewater&#xD;
treated by aerated lagooning causes a 97% decrease in the level of staphylococcal strains after 24&#xD;
hours.
