Résumé: This paper attempts to study the pedagogical evaluation in human and social sciences. Its&#xD;
major aim is to show the impact of language well say "bien dire" on summative evaluation as a&#xD;
"human" process whose practices are often conditioned by several factors which could affect the&#xD;
objectivity of such activity. These factors are particularly relevant to the correlation created between&#xD;
the "evaluator" and the language processes implemented by the "evaluated” and which generates a&#xD;
rhetorical power likely to bring out evaluative discrepancies. To study this relationship between&#xD;
rhetorical power and educational evaluation, a quantitative experimental research was conducted&#xD;
within the local department of French language and literature. The study implies a summative&#xD;
evaluation carried out by 10 teachers-correctors of a sample of literary text exam papers offered to&#xD;
3rd year undergraduate students during the academic year 2018/2019.The results demonstrate that&#xD;
language aesthetics, akin to well say “bien dire ", takes precedence over cognitive and procedural&#xD;
aspects during the evaluation process

Résumé: This study aims at kmewing the relation of family economical changement and of the schooled&#xD;
study attainment for the fifth year primary school pupils of " Assafia municipal council "of laghouat&#xD;
county. Throught Assafia is in the country it is 14 (fourteen) Kilometres from laghouat. It is also semiurbain.&#xD;
At the begining of school term it is a burden,i.e, more responsibities and everything on descriptive&#xD;
syllabus through analytical data attainment and inference of attached economic demension in study by&#xD;
the means of autonomy test; and a used technical survey questionnaire a means to gather the stidy&#xD;
attainment. At the end the study averred that the related changement of the family economic demension in&#xD;
relation of the pupil level study attainment. Amy success is due to society and economic situation

Résumé: The current study aimed to implement a behavioral cognitive therapy program with&#xD;
mothers of autistic children after identifying the various mental disorders experienced by these&#xD;
mothers, which was based on the basic problem of:&#xD;
Does the mother of an autistic child suffer from mental disorders due to her son's&#xD;
condition?&#xD;
The study was at the Pedagogical Psychological Center for Mentally Disabled Children&#xD;
in Chlef.&#xD;
The researchers used the clinical approach based on the case study by relying on both&#xD;
clinical observation and clinical interviewing on a research sample of 3 mothers of autistic&#xD;
children.&#xD;
The results of the study showed: The mother of an autistic child suffers from several&#xD;
psychological disorders, the most important of which is anxiety and stress, the main reason for&#xD;
which is the negative thoughts that the mother carries due to her son's disorder, and the mother&#xD;
needs behavioral cognitive therapy in order to balance her mental health

Résumé: The subject of civilizational change is of paramount importance, both in terms of community-living&#xD;
or of scientifically; where it has been and it still the aim of every human group wants to fulfill itself and&#xD;
completing their identity for reaching desired welfare and happiness, so it gets a broad space of&#xD;
philosopher meditations and in writings of thinkers through the history of humanity, especially in modern&#xD;
times. This preoccupation has been strongly on the table by Muslims since the first moments of the&#xD;
beginning decline of the Islamic nation's civilization which had prevailed in the world for many centuries.&#xD;
On such a basis, we want to examine this topic by analyzing tow viewpoints of both Ibn Khaldun&#xD;
and Malek Ben Nabi, especially since their ideas had occupied always an advanced position on every&#xD;
scientific event about social reform in Muslim and Arab societies, and we had noted a frequent&#xD;
intersection in their viewpoints about the dimensions of the topic, such as relapse reasons, and its&#xD;
manifestations, the starting-points of change and its mechanism, and this what we had touched upon in&#xD;
our research paper
