Titre: The environment and its impact on distorting the language of its inhabitants
Auteur(s): اعبد الله لحبيب
Résumé: The pioneer of sociology, the scholar Ibn Khaldun says : “a man is the son of his
environment “ The environment has a great influence on human education and the
rationalization of his psychological and social life. It also plays a great role in distorting
his language, which makes him distinguished from others.
Like: A’ananah of Tamim, Kashkashah of Rabiah, Kaskasah of Bikr, Ghamghamah of
Quda’ah, Thomthomaniyah of Homiar and Thalthalah of Bahra’a.
Taouat region was not different from that. The linguistic distortion is noticed in the
articulation of some letters such as “TH” /θ/ and “TH”/ ð/, “dh” and “Qaf”.
It goes beyond. There are some letter reversed or converted into another ones in
pronunciation; like converting “ al Hamza” into “Ain”. Eg.: the word ALQURAN to
ALQURA’AN.
“shams” to sams/s æms/“TH” to strong form “THa” eg.: kawthar”. “TH”/ ð/ to /z/ like
“alazina” …..etc.
The researcher dr. Ahmed DJAAFRI was the first one to tackle and explain this point in
his book “ The Algerian Touat Dialect”. All this wasn’t enough. It still needs extra
efforts, more forums. It needs more encyclopedias to gather all this variable linguistic
account, like the other Arab languages which were written by “Ibn Manzour” in his
encylopedia “ The Arab Tongue”. In this research paper, I will select some patterns from
the book of “The Touat Dialect” focusing on what is related to the topic

Résumé: The current research aims to introduce both quantitative and qualitative
social research and to discover the differences between some of the steps of
designing qualitative social research, depending on the analytical descriptive
approach, and comparative method as a method in social research through which the
main objective of the research can be achieved. Based on the theoretical study, it is
concluded that there is a difference between the design steps of both quantitative and
qualitative social research in general as well as in hypotheses, curricula and data
collection tools, in addition to samples in particular

Auteur(s): خالد ضو
Résumé: This research studies the foundations, means, and effects of education in the
Zayanide state. The research aims to identify the manifestations of the flourishing
of the scientific activity in the Zayani era, by explaining the methods of education
and educational institutions in this era. It also aims to determine the extent of the
interest of the kings of Bani Zayan in science and scholars and its impact on the
educational level, as well as introducing some of the scholars of this era, and some
of the sciences that became famous in it. Among the most important results of the
research is that the state of Banu Zayan in Tlemcen is one of the countries that
have taken great care of science and scholars. Its kings had an important role in
encouraging the intellectual activity by following the policy of attracting and
encouraging scholars and honoring them with gifts. They also built mosques and
schools, which made the scientific activity in the Zayanide state active with its
institutions and manifestations. A group of scholars emerged who became famous
in the East and West, and in which several sciences spread.

Auteur(s): خلف الله نادي محمد
Résumé: Grammar issues are mostly disputed among the grammarians, and the
dispute was built on the evidence that is inferred from the considered evidence of
grammar, such as listening, analogy, and others. Or weakening, or describing the
claim, or corruption, and among them was Ibn Aqil in his explanation of the
Millennium of Ibn Malik, in which he mentioned a lot of the grammarians’
differences, and he described some of their opinions with the claim, which
prompted me to stand on these areas of the claim, and to know the meaning of the
claim in general grammarians, And with Ibn Aqeel in particular, and Ibn Aqeel's
position on what he described as the claim, and I found him right in most of what
he objected to from what he described as the claim.
