Résumé: The study dealt with the impact of work pressures on the performance of employees by&#xD;
applying the Nile Bank branches in Kordofan states. The study aimed to identify the impact of&#xD;
work pressures on the performance of employees by applying the Nile Bank branches in Kordofan&#xD;
states. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was designed to collect&#xD;
data, as it was directed to employees working in Nile Bank branches in Kordofan states. The study&#xD;
population consisted of (107) individuals, and (83) questionnaires were distributed. A number of&#xD;
(79) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis, with a rate of (95.18%), and its items were&#xD;
selected through the inventory method. The results of the study: There is a relationship with a&#xD;
partial effect between work stress and the performance of workers after (production and&#xD;
productivity), and there is a relationship with a partial effect between work stress and the&#xD;
performance of workers after (efficiency and effectiveness). The most important recommendations&#xD;
of the study: the need to provide advanced training for leaders and administrators in order to raise&#xD;
their skills and abilities so that production and productivity can be improved, the need for training&#xD;
to reduce anxiety resulting from lack of knowledge of work or lack of skills that result in poor&#xD;
performance

Résumé: The aim of this study was to address the problem of the impact of knowledge&#xD;
management on the development of human resources within an economic institution. To answer&#xD;
this problem, a descriptive approach was adopted. The study covered a aspect that includes various&#xD;
theoretical literature on the subject. After theoretically addressing the problem, an attempt was&#xD;
made to answer it empirically by adopting a case study method. The study focused on a field study&#xD;
of one of the economic sectors within the El Bayadh province, namely the Directorate of Gas and&#xD;
Electricity Distribution. A questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, and the Statistical&#xD;
Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) v.22 was utilized for data analysis. The questionnaire was&#xD;
distributed to 90 employees across various managerial levels in the institution, with only 57&#xD;
responses deemed valid for the study. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant&#xD;
impact of knowledge management dimensions on the development of human resources within the&#xD;
Directorate of Gas and Electricity Distribution in El Bayadh at a significance level of 0.05, as&#xD;
inferred from the results of the simple linear regression test.

Résumé: This work aims to study the reality and the possibility of exercising Strategic watch in&#xD;
small and medium enterprises, which have long been considered the center of attention of many&#xD;
researchers due to their specificity and distinction compared to large enterprises, while highlighting&#xD;
the obstacles that stand in the way of this;&#xD;
Among the most important results reached through this study, which was based on the&#xD;
questionnaire tool, which included 59 small and medium enterprises from western Algeria; Of&#xD;
course, since the management of these institutions revolves around the owner/manager, the nature&#xD;
of management is dependent on his personality and direction. Most of these owners/managers are&#xD;
interested in adapting the environment in which they are active, but they do not have sufficient&#xD;
experience to practice strategic vigilance. Just configurable, strategy setting is intuitive and&#xD;
decisions are reactive. In addition to the fluctuation of the economic, social, and political&#xD;
environmental conditions, as well as the instability of government policies and the change in laws&#xD;
and legislation, as it is not possible to imagine a clear future vision for the status of the institution,&#xD;
and the circumstances require flexibility and quick and improvisational decisions, but strategic&#xD;
vigilance requires a long time.
