Résumé: This study examines the differences between males’ and females’ speech among Algerians. It&#xD;
focuses on the vocabulary items used by both genders. It is an attempt to see whether differences of&#xD;
this kind have an influence on the speech styles of men and women and to see how these differences&#xD;
develop and spread in a society. The research tries to analyse the impact of differences at the level of&#xD;
vocabulary on gendered behaviour in the society. The results obtained revealed that each gender uses a&#xD;
language vocabulary in his own way. Males and females in Algerian society use different linguistic&#xD;
forms and vocabulary items when they speak about the same thing. Furthermore, they have different&#xD;
speech styles. For example; they talk about different topics; while females talk about emotions and&#xD;
feelings and use prestigious language, males avoid talking about their feelingsand use simple Algerian&#xD;
dialectal Arabic

Résumé: basis for many subsequent empirical studies, which included various contexts highlighted in the&#xD;
organizational environment, where their findings emphasized the crucial role of ownership as a decisive&#xD;
factor in the competitiveness of organizations and their performance. On this basis, this study constitutes&#xD;
a scientific entry into the topic in an organizational setting. We tried first to examine the conceptual&#xD;
construct of this feeling, focusing on clarifying its roots, how it comes into being, its dimensions, and its&#xD;
importance among employees, by examining the sources that motivate and reinforce it, and discussing&#xD;
scales that have been set up to measure it, with reference to the dark side of this feeling. We hope that this&#xD;
work will provide an underpinning for the development of domestic research on this topic. And we&#xD;
propose to examine mechanisms that enable those entrusted with different local organizations to create,&#xD;
enhance, and control this feeling among their affiliates, in a manner that sustains the achievement of&#xD;
individual and organizational goals, referring to a focus on exploring the possibility of developing a scale&#xD;
for it, that considers the psychological, social, and cultural specificity of the Algerian individual.

Résumé: The study aimed to reveal the levels of visual memory among children of the autism spectrum and&#xD;
compare them with schoolchildren, and it was conducted on a sample of cases of autism with a medium&#xD;
degree and cases of school children between the ages of 7 to 10 years, and to prove the differences in the&#xD;
level of visual memory between children with autism and their peers schooled , and concluded that the&#xD;
levels of visual memory for autistic children are below average, and given the lack of studies in the Arab&#xD;
and local world, the researcher decided to address this topic.

Résumé: The aim of this study is to shed light and identify the level of professional engagement among&#xD;
secondary school teachers in Ouargla, as well as the level of professional demographic variables (gender,&#xD;
age and seniority), where the descriptive approach was adopted. The sample for this study was selected&#xD;
randomly and comprised 176 teachers (both men and women ). The questionnaire was used as a study&#xD;
tool that helped in data analysis. The study revealed on the following results:&#xD;
The level of professional engagement was high, with no differnces in the level of engagement in&#xD;
relation to gender , seniority and the existence of differences at level of professional engagement&#xD;
according to the variables of age
