Résumé: People's stories can express how much pain and traumatic experiences they have experienced. Moreover, their narrative of these experiences can also have linguistic connotations of trauma symptoms. Therefore, this research paper was designed to reveal the dimensions and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder among Palestinian women with special needs who remain under the recent aggression against Gaza Strip. The study included interviews with seven cases. In its findings, the study revealed that the most prominent dimension was Over Arousal, followed respectively: recalling the traumatic event, after mood changes, and avoidance. Meanwhile, the most frequent symptoms were the continuous speech about what is associated with the event. The least frequent was aggression dimension. The study concluded some recommendations based on its results starting with a narrative counseling program to reduce the symptoms of post -traumatic stress disorder among this category. The second recommendation is to have the specialists use the most suitable counseling techniques to reduce the symptoms of post -traumatic stress disorder according to the severity and repetition of symptoms.
