Résumé: The objective of this article is to trace the evolution of the divorce phenomenon in Algeria. This work also aims to provide a descriptive overview of the different types of divorce under Algerian law and to present some social and economic characteristics of divorced individuals. However, the absence of data due to difficulties in accessing sources makes any in-depth study of the phenomenon of divorce almost impossible.

Résumé: يبحث هذا المقال في المعروض من الطروحات التنظيرية التنموية ،ويحاول أن يقدم قراءة في أسسها ومقدار ملاءمتها واقترابها من الخصوصيات الثقافية والبنائية والسياسية والاجتماعية لبلدان العالم المتخلف ، ويقترح نمذجة خاصة لتلك النظريات،رأينا أنها تتوزع على أربعة نماذج ، النموذج المغترب والنموذج الغربي التغريبي والنموذج الغريب ،والنموذج التأصيلي .وعلى الصعيد المنهجي يسير وفق آلية منهجية تنطلق من تبيان علة تسمية النموذج ،ثم بيان مقولاته وقضاياه الأساسية وتفريعاته -إن وجدت- وأخيرا مساءلة ملاءمتها
This article examines the classical development theories on offer, attempting to provide a reading of their foundations and the extent to which they align with or diverge from the cultural, structural, political, and social specificities of underdeveloped countries. It proposes a unique modeling of these theories, which we believe can be categorized into four models: the Alienated Model, the Westernizing Model, the Exotic Model, and the Authentic Model. Methodologically, the article follows a systematic approach that begins by clarifying the rationale behind the naming of each model, then outlines its fundamental propositions and issues, along with any subcategories if they exist, and finally questions its suitability.

Résumé: This study aims to investigate the psychological well-being and its relationship with optimism among secondary school teachers in Hassi Gara municipality, El Ménia Province, using a descriptive approach. The study was conducted on a sample of 103 teachers, comprising 83 females and 20 males, selected through comprehensive sampling. After applying the study tools, including the Psychological Well-being Scale and the Arabic Optimism Scale, and statistically processing the obtained data, the study reached the following results:
- The level of psychological well-being among secondary school teachers in Hassi Gara municipality is high.
- The level of optimism among secondary school teachers in Hassi Gara municipality is high.
- There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological well-being and optimism among secondary school teachers in Hassi Gara municipality.
- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological well-being among secondary school teachers in Hassi Gara municipality attributed to gender.
- There are statistically significant differences in the level of optimism among secondary school teachers in Hassi Gara municipality attributed to genderيهدف موضوع هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى الرفاه النفسي وعلاقته بالتفاؤل لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية حاسي القارة ولاية المنيعة، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (103) أستاذا منهم: (83) أنثى و(20) ذكرا وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة الحصر الشامل، وبعد تطبيق أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في مقياس الرفاه النفسي والقائمة العربية للتفاؤل وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المتحصل عليها تم توصلت الدراسة إلى لنتائج التالية:
-مستوى الرفاه النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية حاسي القارة مرتفع.
-مستوى التفاؤل لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية حاسي القارة مرتفع.
- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرفاه النفسي والتفاؤل لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية حاسي القارة.
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرفاه النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية حاسي القارة تعزى لمتغير الجنس.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التفاؤل لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية حاسي القارة تعزى لمتغير الجنس.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى القاء الضوء على التحضر، باعتباره ظاهرة مست مختلف المجتمعات، وذلك من خلال تحليل وتفسير هذه الظاهرة، حيث عرفت الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة ظاهرة حضرية جديدة وهي التحضر السريع الذي ظهر في الجانب المادي واللامادي وذلك نتيجة العديد من العوامل والأسباب التاريخية، الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والثقافية. كما ارتبطت بتغير المفاهيم إزاء السكن وأسلوب الحياة في حد ذاته لأن النظرة القديمة التي كان السكن فيها عبارة عن مأوى توسع والذي أصبح من طموحات الإنسان اليوم نتيجة ما وصل إليه من التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي، ومن هنا باتت المدن الكبرى والمتوسطة محل أنظار واهتمام النازحين إليها طلبا للسكن والعيش، ما أدى إلى ظهور العديد من المشاكل على الساحة الحضرية كالنمو العشوائي للأحياء السكنية الفوضوية على أطراف المدن.
This study aims to shed light on urbanization as a phenomenon that affects various societies, through the analysis and interpretation of this phenomenon. Recently, Algeria has experienced a new urban phenomenon characterized by rapid urbanization, evident in both material and immaterial aspects. This change is the result of numerous historical, economic, social, and cultural factors, and it has been linked to a shift in concepts regarding housing and lifestyle itself. The traditional view of housing as merely a shelter has evolved into a contemporary aspiration shaped by advancements in science and technology. Consequently, large and medium-sized cities have become focal points for migrants seeking housing and a better quality of life, leading to the emergence of various urban challenges, such as the uncontrolled growth of informal residential neighborhoods on the outskirts of cities.
