Résumé: This study aims at looking for the extent of right governance Principles application in the general state budget in Algeria through the organic law 18-15 concerning finance acts. The study emphasizes on the reality of governance and its role in the general state budget management. The study concludes the existence of positive signs in the previous law that aims at improving accountability and providing new methods in budgets management through performance indicators.

Résumé: This paper aims to assess monetary policy in its various tools under the reforms of the Monetary and Loan Law in Algeria during the study period (2000-2021), by conducting an analytical study of indirect monetary policy instruments posed by Legal reserve rate, Discount rate, open market operations, tendering of liquidity, deposit facilities and Monetary mass M2 during the study period.
The results of the study demonstrated the effectiveness of the Discount rate instrument in adjusting the cash supply other than the Legal reserve rate. Open market policy and other instruments were used decisively and relatively effectively, and the Monetary mass M2 in its broad sense witnessed continuous rises, as a result of the authorities' adoption of large economic growth programmes, the rise in total loans to the economy and the State, as well as the rise in foreign currency reserves; In addition, a package of stimulus measures for economic activity during the COVID-19 crisis was launched, most notably the financial refinancing program of approximately 2100 billion dz in 2021.

Résumé: This study aims to highlight the developments in the economic contribution of the tourism sector to the Algerian economy during the period 1995–2022. It also seeks to build an econometric model to forecast future trends for the period 2023–2027, using a time series approach represented by interpolation models. The study provides a statistical treatment of the available data in order to understand the growth and development patterns of the sector.
The results of the economic and econometric analysis reveal a trend marked by slight fluctuations, with an overall outlook indicating a gradual increase in the activity of the tourism sector in Algeria. A noticeable improvement is observed in the economic contribution rate of the tourism sector. However, this improvement has not yet reached the level required to achieve the desired goals, as it remains relatively weak. According to current data and projections, the contribution is not expected to exceed 12% by 2027, indicating a shortfall in government performance in advancing tourism development. This sector is considered a key gateway to economic diversification and has the potential to become a leading driver of local economic integration. Based on these findings, the study recommends the need to explore effective mechanisms to further enhance the tourism sector within the broader economic policy framework, and to activate its role as a source of real economic interconnection. This would contribute to building a sectorally integrated economy in Algeria.

Résumé: The study aims to identify the mechanisms to activate and develop the Algerian stock market, after diagnosing its situation and the reasons that led to it, highlighting the importance of diversifying financing sources in the course of the development process and the consequent shortcomings in the case of relying on the revenues of the hydrocarbon sector only. The descriptive and analytical approaches were relied upon to answer the problem of the study, encompassing its various aspects, analyzing its dimensions, and answering the study's questions. The results of the study showed that Algeria relies heavily on financing its development on only one financial source represented in oil revenues and that the performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange is very weak and does not contribute to financing economic development in light of the multiple obstacles at various levels, which requires the authorities to follow mechanisms to ensure improved performance The Algiers Stock Exchange on the one hand and activating it to carry out its desired role on the other hand.
