Auteur(s): Bousboua Mostefa
Résumé: This study aims at highlighting the nature of Euro-Maghreb relations; it tries to use the
Neo-Colonialism approach as a way to understand this relation. The Maghreb as socially
constructed by the European mind has been defined in a useful manner for Europeans and it
took away the Maghreb ability to define or represent itself.
The result of the representation of Europe “Ego” as civilized and the “Alter” as
uncivilized was the direct colonialism. The results of neo-representation “developed” and
“underdeveloped” are the new forms of colonialism that manifested in the asymatric
economic relations (fre>e trade agreement), the tourism as a post-colonial industry , illegal
immigration , the militarization of borders and the externalization of norms.
The study emphisis the necessity of an epistemic building of Maghreb community as a prestage
for Maghreb cooperation in order to emancipate from the core-preiphery relation and
an effective way to build a symmetric relation with the European Union.

Auteur(s): Chikaoui Ahmed
Résumé: The study of party systems in various societies is a complex task that goes beyond a simple numerical
classification based on the number of parties represented in parliament. Instead, it requires a nuanced
understanding of the competitive dynamics between political parties, including factors such as polarization,
fragmentation, and the mechanisms of party competition. This includes determining whether the competition is
driven by centripetal or centrifugal forces. Additionally, the relative size and strength of political parties are
not solely quantitative measures, but also depend on their ability to form coalitions and negotiate for power. In
this paper, we aim to explore the key determinants that shape party systems in diverse societies, taking into
account their lack of social homogeneity. By examining these factors, we can gain a deeper understanding of
how party systems emerge and operate in different contexts, and how they shape the political landscape of
various societies.

Auteur(s): داودي مخلوف
Résumé: Religious abuse in the context of the right to freedom of expression is a controversial issue
that has a legal and philosophical background. And the more controversial characteristic of it
is that it is emotional - ideological, not limited to positions of ideas, beliefs, and philosophies,
but has become a form of sacred defense of democratic values for most of the thinkers of
political liberalism.
This study aims to strip this controversial issue from its emotional and ideological aspect and
to bring it to the end of clarity and scientific persuasion by reviewing different critical views
on what international thought is serious about in terms of discussions and legal analyzes
about it. This study aims to strip this controversial issue from its emotional and ideological

Auteur(s): مزيان نجية
Résumé: This study examined the extent to which journalists from private television channels in
Algeria were informed of their social rights under the Labour Relations Act as employees and
how they were aware of how to benefit from it, how to claim them in case of need in the
almost total absence of the social aspect of organic law 05-12 on information, and even the
basic law of journalists provided for in the same law has not been born. This study is part of
the descriptive studies. We relied on the survey method of a sample of 93 journalists who
work on television channels through various socio-cultural variables: gender, specialization
and professional experience in the media field. The study found that most journalists lack
legal knowledge because they do not know their rights under the 1990 labour law. This is the right to benefit from social security, and even this right is partially or totally neglected in
order to maintain their position on a private television channel. Few are aware of certain
rights, and when they are, they are unaware of the limits of their use and how to claim them in
the context of what is guaranteed by law. Added to this, most journalists of different variables
have not claimed their rights such as the right to promotion and training throughout their
journey in the channel.
