Résumé: The study aimed at designing a program guide collective to reduce stress and irrational thoughts and improve the level of life satisfaction for students University of Tabuk, based on rational and emotional therapy techniques. To fulfill the objectives of the research, the experimental method was used: applied on (30) students, their ages: (18-21) years, The researcher used this tools for the study: Measure life situations. Scale irrational thoughts. Measure to improve the level of satisfaction with life&#xD;
1- Indicative Programme prepared by the researcher. The main results of the study showed the following:&#xD;
- There are effectiveness of the program indicative adopted the techniques of treatment rational emotive in reducing stress and irrational thoughts and improve the level of life satisfaction.&#xD;
- There are extended after the program to after its application two months since there were no statistically significant differences between the application dimensional applications (The Longitudinal approach). In the light of the results, the researcher suggested some recommendations.

Résumé: This study aimed at recognizing the evaluative estimation of physics teachers 10th grade, to achieve thise goal for these purpose, these questions were answered: How appropriate are physics content textbooks 10th grade to achieve learning outcomes from physics teachers’ perspective? and are there any significant differences in physics teachers estimations at (α≤0.05) for the appropriateness of physics content textbooks with the learning outcomes due to the variables of: gender, experience, grade level, and academic qualification?&#xD;
&#xD;
       The sample of the study consisted of (139) male and female physics teachers in directorate public governmental schools in Zarqa. For the purpose of the study the instrument 87 items was implemented. Validity and reliability were verified .&#xD;
&#xD;
        The result revealed that Physics evaluative Teachers estimations of the content textbooks for all domains were moderate for 9th and high for 10th grade. And there were significant differences at (α≤0.05) due to gender, grade level and academic qualification. Wile there is no significant differences at (α≤0.05) in appropriateness degree due to experience.&#xD;
&#xD;
        In the light of the results, the researcher recommended that reinforcing the achieve ties in physics content textbooks for 10th grade in Elictromagnatic domains. In addition holding workshops for authorship committees of physics content textbooks held by specialists in physics curriculum.

Résumé: This study aimed to identify the level of readability of the fifth grade science textbook of students in Bethlehem schools, through applying a test contain six questions. The study sample of fifth grade students in Bethlehem schools, (450) males and (416) females, were chosen at random cluster sample. The data was analyzed and found that the readability level of general science book was moderately with a positive relationship between the performance of students in testing Readability and achievement in science and the Arabic language, with a statistically significant differences in the calculation of averages collection of students in testing Readability due to gender and in favour of females, and due to school supervision and in favour of private schools. Due the results it recommended to study other school textbooks.
