Résumé: La présente étude vise à déterminer l'aliénation sociale des jeunes internautes dans la wilaya de Ouargla. On est arrivée à la conclusion que les jeunes se sentent un degré élevé d'aliénation sociale et qu'il existe d'importantes différences significatives en fonction  des variables de sexe et de niveau éducatif.

Résumé: This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of curricula of the educational sciences faculty at the University of Jordan of pre-service teachers' preparation in implementing professional life skills in teaching at kindergartens and schools. The sample consisted of (106) pre-service female teachers from the faculty of educational sciences at the University of Jordan who were enrolled in the practicum course during the second semester of 2010/2011.&#xD;
&#xD;
The findings indicated that the effectiveness level of the curricula of the educational sciences faculty for pre-service teachers' preparation in implementing professional life skills in teaching at kindergartens and schools was low. Furthermore, there was no statistical significant difference in the effectiveness level  of the curricula of the educational sciences faculty for pre-service teachers' preparation in implementing professional life skills in teaching at kindergartens and schools between  early childhood pre-service teachers' perspectives and classroom pre-service teachers' perspectives.

Résumé: The study aimed to identify the extent of awareness of the official Jordanian university students life skills they need in the light of the principles of the knowledge economy, where the sample consisted of (797) students from the university students in the academic year 2010/2011, was obtained through the use of data from the questionnaire formed a private from (40) items distributed on six areas represent some of the skills of life in the light of the principles of the knowledge economy, skills(communication skills of interpersonal, negotiation skills / rejection, empathy (understanding of others and sympathy with him) cooperation and team work, decision-making skills and solve problems, critical thinking skills interpersonal skills and self-management, emotion management skills, management skills to deal with the pressure to increase the skills of the center of the internal control, was the use of averages, percentages, and t-test to answer the questions of the study results showed the following:&#xD;
&#xD;
1 - Teamwork skills came in first place and came out of the skills under study.&#xD;
&#xD;
2 - The results revealed statistically significant differences in the responses of students depending on the variable-level academic results revealed more than fourth year students in the degree of their awareness of life-skills knowledge economy on the students who are studying courses that include skills, knowledge economy and, finally, the study recommends the integration of life skills knowledge economy universities courses university.

    <summary type="text">Titre: Acquisition des compétences dans les situations de formation professionnelle en Algérie  - étude sur les stagiaires  en gestion des ressources humaines.

Résumé: La formation professionnelle est un secteur promoteur en Algérie, elle vise à offrir une formation initiale aux jeunes exclus du système éducatif. Le mode de formation par apprentissage, quand à lui, vise à donner une qualification à ces jeunes par l’apprentissage dans deux milieux de formation (l’institut et le milieu du travail), afin d’acquérir les compétences professionnelles nécessaires.&#xD;
&#xD;
Dans ce contexte, cette étude vise à décrire et analyser l’acquisition des compétences professionnelles (CP) dans le domaine de la GRH chez les stagiaires qui préparent  un diplôme de technicien supérieur par apprentissage. Afin de collecter les données, nous avons interviewé  les acteurs de cette formation, qui sont les administrateurs et les enseignants dans l’établissement de formation, les professionnels responsable de l’apprentissage au sein du milieu du travail et les stagiaires. L’analyse des contenus et des discours des acteurs a révélé beaucoup de problèmes et de difficultés rencontrés par les stagiaires et qui peuvent ralentir ou entraver l’acquisition des CP dans les deux milieux de formation
