Résumé: Difficulties facing community colleges to realize its hopeful role in Shaqra University according to there staff point view.&#xD;
&#xD;
This study aimed to investigate difficulties facing community colleges to realize its hopeful role in shaqra university according to there staff point view. To achieve the aim of the study a scale (questioner) was applied after having checked its psychometric traits. This scale consists of five main domains (belldings and tools , academic programs and departments, college staff , administrative staff, students).  A sample of study consisting of (123) college staff, (38) shaqra community college, (45)  aldwadmy community college, (40) Alquaiyah college. Means, Standard deviations were calculated and one-way ANOVA was used to answer the study questions. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the participants responses concerning each domains due to college, experience years and specialization variables. The study put forward some recommendations the most significant of which are conducting further similar studies on sample of another community colleges in Saudi Arabia universities..

Résumé: L’approche par compétence est système éducatif qui a pour but de faire acquérir à l’apprenant – à travers ses acquisitions scolaires et extrascolaires – les compétences pratiques qui lui permettent de bénéficier de ses acquisitions et de les utiliser dans différentes situations à problème. L’approche par compétence laisse l’apprenant participer à la construction de ses savoirs, connaissances théoriques et pratiques, et ses différentes compétences qui lui permettent de résoudre les problèmes qu’il puisse rencontrer dans sa vie.&#xD;
&#xD;
L’enseignant doit réguler ses interventions dans ses enseignements pour donner le temps nécessaire aux apprenants pour participer activement à leur auto apprentissage en le construisant avec l’aide de l’enseignant.

Résumé: La lesion de la communication en situation d’enseignement engendre des fragments dans le déroulement des activités pédagogiques au sein de la classe ce qui empêche la réalisation des objectifs éducatifs .&#xD;
&#xD;
Pour cela , il est nécessaire de cerner la nature de cette lesion ( au niveau de l’enseignant ou de l’étudiant) pour réaliser une communication pédagogiques saine et efficace.

Résumé: This study aimed at investigating the effect of using Scoring Rubrics in Performance Assessment on the mathematical achievement and attitudes of the First secondary graders. To achieve this object , two Scoring Rubrics  Scales were developed , The sample of the study consisted of 128 students divided into three groups : 1st experimental group which evaluated by the Analytic Scoring Rubrics , 2nd experimental group which evaluated by the Holistic Scoring Rubrics , and  control group which evaluated by the traditional method . After the completion of the study application , an achievement test and attitudes Scale were applied and 1-way ANOVA was used to answer the study questions .&#xD;
&#xD;
        The study results revealed that there were a statistically significant differences between the three groups in favor of the 1st experimental group and the 2nd experimental group in comparison with the control group in the achievement test and the attitudes toward mathematics Scale , meanwhile there were no significant differences between 1st and 2nd experimental groups.
