Résumé: Human development is the increased liberties and capabilities that enable people to lead a life they deem satisfactory rightly so. It is based on expanding the range of choices available. The challenge of governance for its part is to make the socially responsible investment operational, establish reference frameworks and facilitate the use of sovereign wealth funds in investments with a significantly favorable impact on human development indicators (education, health, housing, employment rate ...) in the three countries of the Arab Maghreb (Algeria-Morocco Tunisia).

Résumé: China is the second largest supplier of Algeria. This caused a flood of Chinese products in the Algerian market. However, imports from China pose a problem of compliance of products imported in the domestic market. This flow is a threat to the population health, especially as the government does not have sufficient means to control the borders and the products quality on domestic market. It is increasingly necessary that consumers behave responsibly.In this context, this study aims to determine the impact of responsible consumption patterns for Algerian consumers regarding their attitudes towards the consumption of Chinese products. In fact, and to attain the said aim, a questionnaire is designated to gather the necessary data. Further, the studying sample is constituted of 120single, 110 of which are valid for statistical analysis. For data analysis, we use the SPSS; own data processing in social science.The results showed that despite the negative attitudes of the Algerian consumers against Chinese products, but their current behavior does not reflect that.This may be mainly due to the low purchasing power and lack of seriousness in taking responsibility for their health, society and the environment in which they live.
