Résumé: Higher education institutions seek to increase their efficiency and quality in order to achieve the needs of society and the requirements of development and labor market, and to get rid of the traditional systems and bureaucracy and orientation towards modern systems, as well as possessing the necessary flexibility and dynamic to upgrade to the future. Total quality management inHigher education is considered as one of the important approaches to achieve these goals. This article addresses the concepts associated with quality in higher education, and discusses some Arab and international experiences in the application of total quality management in higher education. At the end, this study presents proposed methods for the development of the Algerian university in light of the adoption of total quality management based on Arab and international experiences, such as the quality of Professor, quality of student, quality of educational programs and teaching methods

The study sample consists of295consumersfrom the Algerian society. Theresults were analyzedusing theSPSS.19 Program.Based onthe results ofthe current studyand previous studies, we have developed amodel based onfour dimensions through which the Algerian brands are transmitted from the unaware of the brand towards the spontaneous recall of it during the purchase.

Résumé: This study attempts to measure the impact of corporate governance on the financial performance of petrochemical industry companies listed in the Saudi financial market from 2010 to 2015.  This is realized using a Panel regression model to determine the effect of the change on the independent variable, i.e firm’s corporate governance, which has been measured by the properties of the board, on the dependent variable that is the financial performance, which is measured by the return on assets. The study finds a significant positive impact of the independence of the board on the performance of the company. However, there is no effect of each of the dual role of the CEO as well as the board membership, the board size and activity of the audit Committee on the financial performance of the company.

Résumé: The aim of this study is to identify the impact of job satisfaction level on human resources performance in TEXMACO textile industry(Algeria), through the case study of SOITINE one of its branches in Nedroma (Tlemcen province). About forty eight (48) questionnaires were distributed on a sample of its employees. After analyzing their answers, we concluded that performance levels were high despite the mediate levels of job satisfaction for most of the factors except the team harmony satisfaction level which appeared as a very high level. In the sense that job satisfaction affects moderately on the performance levels in SOITINE, and high performance levels do not affect the level of loyalty as it found that despite the high levels of performance loyalty level is too low
