Résumé: Waste management is a major environmental concern for the authorities in charge of the sector: Ministries, town councils, municipalities, .... The management of these wastes and their disposal therefore becomes an obligation. The present work falls within the context of the management and valorization of solid urban waste. The recycling of household waste by composting is currently considered one of the components of sustainable development. To better control the composting process, the impact of microbial flora on physico-chemical parameters during the composting of household wastes on a pilot scale in a bioreactor was studied. The results obtained showed that the microbial flora modifies the physico-chemical parameters (T °, moisture, pH and released gases) during the transformation of the organic fraction of the solid waste within 60 days and the final compost obtained was satisfactory for its agricultural application.

Résumé: The study of the arthropodofauna of a Ghout palm grove in the Souf region (South-East of Algeria) is carried out following the use of 3 trapping methods (pitfall traps, yellow traps and sweeping net). This study allowed the identification of 52 families of arthropods distributed in 10 orders and 2 classes. A total of 397 individuals are counted including, 191 individuals are trapped by pitfall traps, 113 individuals by sweeping net and 93 individuals by yellow traps. Insects (96.1%) accounted for the largest share of arthropods recorded, with percentages varying according to sampling methods between 91.6% (pitfall traps) and 100% (sweeping net). On the other hand, arachnids (3.9%) are poorly represented, with percentages varying between 0 (sweeping net) and 8.4% (pitfall traps). Formicidae are heavily contacted, often accompanied by other winged groups such as the Aphididae, Scoliidae and Muscidae. This mixture constitutes a relatively large diversity (H '= 4.51 bits) in this type of area, whose individual numbers tend towards equilibrium (E = 0.79).

Résumé: In order to understand the place of sandfishmeatcompared to other sources of animal protein. A survey of the sale and consumption of thisanimalwascarried out among 994 respondents, aged 32 years on average, Come fromvarioustributaryorigins. The resultsrevealedthatskunkmeatwas a very important part of the diet of Sufi households. Half of the consumersreportedconsumingmeatof sandfish as a substitute for meat, a cheaper and sometimes free source of protein. 25% for its gustative qualityeven in the presence of meat and 20% for itstherapeuticvirtues. The live animal generallyrepresents the mostcommonform of sale during the summerperiod. On the other hand, a relative increase in the driedformisknown in autumn and winter. The gender distribution of purchasesisequal (23%). The purchasepriceissignificantlycorrelated ** (p˂0.01) with the season of the hunt and the form of sale.

Résumé: The Deglet Noor dates in Ouargla region are of mediocre quality compared to those of Biskra and OuedRigh. Our study aims to provide a diagnosis on the situation of the crop management of Deglet Noor, in the Ouargla region. The methodological approach is to make surveys in12 farms, of4 stations: Ain Beida, Chott, N'Goussa and Hassi Ben Abdallah. The obtained results show that farmers, in the region of Ouargla, neglect the importance of achieving of some crop management for this variety, such as: fruit thinning and bunches bagging, while this variety is more demanding in terms of crop management. This situation leads to reduction of the quality of the dates of this variety and decrease their market value.Correlation analysis shows that the increasing of spacing, irrigation and the amount of applied organic fertilizers, have allowed to win early ripening of dates in Hassi Ben Abdallah station. While the low fertilization and high plant density generated a late maturing in farms of: Ain Beida, Chott and N'Goussa. The results of this investigation demonstrated the indispensability to draw adequate and effective strategy to sensitize farmers on the importance of the application of cultivation practices, with a view to improving the quality of Deglet Noor date in this region.
