Résumé: The study aimed to identify the organizational citizenship behavior on career&#xD;
commitment, a field study on employees in private hospitals in Misrata city, Libya. The study&#xD;
adopted the descriptive analytical method. To achieve this goal, six hypotheses were formulated,&#xD;
and the population of the study was identified from all employees in private hospitals in Misrata&#xD;
city. Using the simple random sampling method, the designed questionnaire form was distributed;&#xD;
to test the study hypotheses, the SmartPLS3 and SPSS Var.24 were used. The study reached,&#xD;
through analyzing the direct relationship between the variables; that organizational citizenship&#xD;
behavior is positively related to career commitment, the study concluded through analyzing the&#xD;
direct relationship between the variables; that the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior&#xD;
represented by (altruism, courtesy and kindness, conscientiousness) are positively related to career&#xD;
commitment, that the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior represented by&#xD;
(sportsmanship, and civic virtue) are not positively related to career commitment

Résumé: This study aimed to know and measure the impact of electronic human resources&#xD;
management practices in the development of electronic educational services in university&#xD;
institutions from the point of view of professors, by applying to a sample of universities in the&#xD;
Algerian center, and this study was relied on the descriptive analytical approach as the most&#xD;
appropriate approach to study such topics, and the questionnaire was also relied on as a tool for&#xD;
studying and collecting data and information, as it was distributed to the study sample, represented&#xD;
by the teaching staff at the level of a sample of universities. The Algerian center, where (250)&#xD;
questionnaires were distributed, of which (248) questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved.&#xD;
After studying and analyzing the data obtained, the study reached a set of results, the most&#xD;
important of which is the existence of a positive correlation and impact between the dimensions of&#xD;
electronic human resources management combined (e-recruitment, e-training, e-performance&#xD;
evaluation, electronic compensation) and the development electronic educational services in&#xD;
universities in central Algeria

analyzing its content on Facebook, considering virtual marketing through social media platforms as&#xD;
a new style in promoting tourist attractions and attracting tourists. One of the most important&#xD;
results that were reached is that the Directorate of Tourism and Traditional Industry of Jijel State,&#xD;
by exploiting its Facebook page, was able to contribute to promoting tourism in Jijel State, and&#xD;
highlighting the tourist attractions that the state possesses

Résumé: This study aims to understand the role that Information and Communication Technology&#xD;
(ICT) plays in supporting marketing creativity at the Algerie Telecom Corporation in Ouargla. The&#xD;
importance of this study lies in identifying the relationship between ICT and marketing creativity&#xD;
within the institution. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and a purposive sample&#xD;
of 50 employees was selected، the hypotheses were tested using statistical methods provided by the&#xD;
SPSS_23 program, relying on means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and regression&#xD;
analysis، the study found variations in the dimensions of ICT in terms of their priorities. the results&#xD;
also showed a strong positive correlation (82.9%) between the ICT dimensions (hardware and&#xD;
software, information systems and databases, communication networks, and requirements for using&#xD;
ICT) and the dimensions of marketing creativity (research and development, marketing information&#xD;
base, and work environment). The study concluded that ICT plays a significant role in enhancing&#xD;
marketing creativity within the organization
