Titre: Impact of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Retention at Private Medical Clinics in Algeria
Résumé: Main purpose of the study is examining the relationship between customer relationship management (CRM) and customer satisfaction and customer retention. A sample of 118 customers was surveyed from three private clinics in Algeria. Simple linear regression analysis were used to test the hypothesis and analyzed the data. The results indicated that customer relationship management; customer trust have significant positive impacts on customer retention at private medical clinics. The customer relationship management was also found to have significant impact on customer trust. Finally, based on research results, a number of recommendations were introduced to CRM managers.

Résumé: The primary objective of this study is to test the impact of Knowledge Capital in achieving the entrepreneurship of African company for Glass in the state of Jijel , This study is quantitative because it uses the questionnaire that was distributed to110 a constant factor in a Purposive Sample method for collecting data that deals with statistical packages for social sciences (spss), while the use of statistical package of Social Sciences (spss) to the statistical treatment, and has the study found that there is a high level of knowledge capital, and there is a level of average for the Entrepreneurship of the company in the study, in addition to establish a positive impact of Knowledge Capital towards entrepreneurship, which is due to both the structural capital and Customer capital, while human capital has no impact on the achievement of entrepreneurship, and it has been providing explanations and suggestions on the basis of the results .

This new stage of transition and entry requires the revision of all the cultural characteristics as well as all the organizational and administrative practices, as well as the modes and methods of behavior and thought and act of the past, which prevailed at the time passed; And revealed important results that reflect cultural practices and values, as well as the principles and norms that govern and frame each of the functions of human resource management, which rely heavily on personal and informal relationships within the organization and no longer on objective criteria and principles.
