https://dspace.univ-ouargla.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/263 2026-03-13T21:27:41Z https://dspace.univ-ouargla.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/40453 Titre: دور تكنولوجيا الرقمنة في تنمية خدمات المؤسسات الفندقية دراسة ميدانية على زبائن فندق لينا تال بالاص -ولاية ورقلة- Auteur(s): مبارك, شيماء; بركـــــــــــــــاوي, فاطمة Résumé: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على دور تكنولوجيا الرقمنة في تنمية خدمات المؤسسة الفندقية للفندق لينا تال بلاص ولاية ورقلة ,وفي هذا السياق تناولت الدراسة في الشق النظري التكنولوجيا الرقمنة وكذلك, بالإضافة إلى ذلك تطرقنا إلى مفهوم الرقمنة وتكنولوجيا كذلك المؤسسة الفندقية , وفي الشق الميداني تناولت الدراسة جودة الخدمة حول دور تكنولوجيا الرقمنة الحديثة في تنمية الخدمة داخل المؤسسة الفندقية. واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي يعتبر منهج الملائم لوصف تكنولوجيا الرقمنة الحديثة ودورها الكبير في تحسين وتنمية الخدمات داخل المؤسسات واستخدمنا العينة القصدية التي قوامها 60 مفردة من زبائن المؤسسة الفندقية لينا تال بلاص ولاية ورقلة و اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة جمع البيانات موزعة على أفراد العينة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج قمنا بتلخيصها في الشكل التالي: مساهمة تكنولوجيا الرقمنة الحديثة المتطورة في التغيير طبيعة العمل داخل مؤسسة الفندقية بالولاية حيث طورته من الطريقة الكلاسيكية كان العمل بواسطة الورق و الأقلام الحبرية (السيالة) ,إلى طريقة أخرى جديدة وعصرية تتماشى مع خصائصها. أثرت التكنولوجيا الرقمنة و الاتصال على تحسين الخدمة وتنميتها حيث وفرت عليهم الكثير من الوقت والجهد والنفقات الكبيرة . تكنولوجيا الرقمية ووسائل الإعلام و الاتصال الحديثة لها دور هام جدا وكبير في إعادة هيكلة وتنظيم عمل وسير المؤسسة حيث ساعدتها في تغيير نمطها وأدائها العام بشكل كلي. ‬‏ The study aims to identify the role of digitization technology in developing the hotel establishment’s services for the hotel, Lina Tal Palace, Ouargla Province. In this context, the study dealt with the theoretical aspect of digitization technology as well. In addition to that, we touched on the concept of digitization and technology as well as the hotel establishment, and in the field aspect. The study addressed service quality on the role of modern digitization technology in developing service within the hotel organization In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach, which is considered the appropriate approach to describe modern digitization technology and its major role in improving and developing services within institutions. We used a purposive sample of 60 individuals from the customers of the hotel establishment Lina Tal Place, Ouargla Province, and we relied on the questionnaire as a data collection tool. This study, entitled "The Social Environment and Building an Entrepreneur," aimed to attempt to reveal the extent of the contribution of the family environment in which the individual interacts to building a successful entrepreneur, as well as to know the contribution of the education and training that the individual receives in building an entrepreneur. This study was conducted during the 2024/2025 academic season on an intentional sample of 9 items.The field research method was relied upon, while the data collection tools were observation and interview. Among the results reached by the study: 1.The social environment, especially the family environment in which the contractor grew up, is of great importance in building the entrepreneurial path, by giving him a set of values and perceptions that form a habit that determines his inclinations and orientations within the entrepreneurial field, which paves the way for the reproduction of entrepreneurial action.
