    <description>Titre: Cyclic voltammetry Studies of bis [5-phenylazo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde]-4, 4′- diiminodiphenyl ether and its amine derivative
Auteur(s): Tahar DOUADI; Tahar DOUADI; Ali DOUADI; Ali LOUNAS
Résumé: The azoimine ligand, bis [5-phenylazo-2- ydroxybenzaldehyde] -4, 4′-&#xD;
diaminophenyl ether (2) was synthesized by reducing the imine group of the azoimine form bis[5-&#xD;
phenylazo-2- ydroxybenzaldehyde] -4,4′-diiminophenyl ether (1), conducted by the&#xD;
condensation of 5-phenylazo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4,4′(diamino-diphenyl) ether. The&#xD;
compounds (1) and (2) were characterized using elemental analyses, IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, 1H&#xD;
NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectra. The electrochemical study has been investigated by cyclic&#xD;
voltammetry technique

    <title>Modélisation et simulation de la diffusion de l’antimoine dans le germanium</title>
    <link>https://dspace.univ-ouargla.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/27616</link>
    <description>Titre: Modélisation et simulation de la diffusion de l’antimoine dans le germanium
Auteur(s): Abdelkader SOUIGAT; Kamal Eddine AIADI
Résumé: Germanium is a good candidate to replace silicon in advanced microelectronic devices, due to its high charge&#xD;
carriers mobility. The purpose of this work is to know better the phenomenon of dopant diffusion in germanium by&#xD;
modeling and simulating the antimony diffusion in germanium, which is essential to perform efficient circuits. After the&#xD;
modelling of the diffusion using the vacancy mechanism, taking account of the antimony effective diffusion coefficient&#xD;
dependence of the square and the cube of the free electrons concentration and the numerical solution of partial&#xD;
differential equation of the second Fick law by finite differences method, we were able to simulate the Sb experimental&#xD;
profiles at temperature700°C. Which shows the contribution of doubly negatively charged (2-) and triply negatively&#xD;
charged (3-) vacancies in this diffusion, where the contributions ratio is β=11.5

    <title>D-Dimensional Statistical Mechanics in Fractional Classical and Quantum Mechanics</title>

    <description>Titre: D-Dimensional Statistical Mechanics in Fractional Classical and Quantum Mechanics
Auteur(s): Zineb KORICHI; Mohammed Tayeb MEFTAH
Résumé: In this work, we focus our study on some systems in statistical mechanics based on the fractional&#xD;
classical and quantum mechanics in any positive spatial dimension D. At the first stage we present the thermodynamical&#xD;
properties of the classical ideal gas and the system of N classical oscillators. In each case, the Hamiltonian exhibits&#xD;
fractional exponents of the phase space (position and momentum). At the second stage, in the context of the fractional&#xD;
quantum mechanics, we have studied the Bose-Einstein statistics with the related problem of the condensation and the&#xD;
Fermi-Dirac.

    <title>Etude d'un système photovoltaïque de production d'énergie à base d'hydrogène vert</title>
    <link>https://dspace.univ-ouargla.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/27614</link>
    <description>Titre: Etude d'un système photovoltaïque de production d'énergie à base d'hydrogène vert
Auteur(s): Ahmed DJAFOUR; Mohamed Salah AIDA; Boubekeur AZOUI
Résumé: The appearance of new concepts of decentralized electricity generation and the development of&#xD;
renewable sources are attracting much interest for techniques of energy storage. Renewable sources are the best&#xD;
candidates, but the intermittent of their production needs to find effective means of storing and protecting the&#xD;
environment. A system coupling a photovoltaic (PV) array and an electrolyzer is used to store electricity by means of a&#xD;
storage form of gas.&#xD;
This paper presents the results of sizing a system of hydrogen production obtained through an electrolyzer, powered by&#xD;
photovoltaic solar modules installed in Ouargla, to meet the needs of hydrogen for a fuel cell of type, PEMFC. Sizing a&#xD;
photovoltaic system for a given site requires knowledge of the solar radiation of the latter. Many localities in Algeria&#xD;
don't have such data or radiation data are not sufficiently representative. In this study we developed a calculation&#xD;
program for determining the global radiation received by a surface inclined. And we have established a flowchart that&#xD;
helps to size the main components of the installation to produce hydrogen by introducing the necessary technical&#xD;
characteristics of system components and the calculated values of global radiation for the site of Ouargla and electric&#xD;
energy needs of the user
