Résumé: This study aime to test the dimension’s impact of work life quality according to the&#xD;
Brooks and Anderson scale, on job burnout according to the Maslach scale, using the questionnaire&#xD;
as a tool to collect the necessary data on the study variables, by distributing it to a sample of 54&#xD;
nurses from Emergency Department of Mustapha Pacha Hospital in Algeria, and the results are&#xD;
analyzed by using the program of SPSS v21.&#xD;
The result of this study reveal that there is a low level of quality work life and a high level of&#xD;
burnout, however there is no impact of work life/home life dimension and work design dimension&#xD;
on burnout, while there is an impact of work context dimension and work world dimension on&#xD;
burnout in the institution that being studied, this allowed to suggest viable recommendations that&#xD;
would contribute to strengthening of quality of work life and minimize job burnout

Résumé: The study aims to highlight the role of Algérie Poste in the generalization of digital&#xD;
financial services in Algeria, "The Gold Card as a model" by posing the problem of "How can&#xD;
Algérie Poste contribute to the generalization of digital financial services in Algeria?" The study&#xD;
was divided into two axes: the first was the theoretical study, in which the spotlight was shed on&#xD;
digital financial services and the reasons for the spread of digital payment methods, as well as&#xD;
various aspects that contributed to the adoption of financial technology. The role of digital financial&#xD;
services in achieving financial inclusion was also discussed. The second axis was the field study on&#xD;
the role of the Gold Card and other digital financial services of Algérie Poste in the generalization&#xD;
of digital financial services, which relied on the questionnaire and analysis using the SPSS26&#xD;
program. The study concluded that Algérie Poste has managed to penetrate individuals and gain the&#xD;
trust of the Algerian citizen, but it lacks diversification in services such as borrowing and&#xD;
financing

Résumé: The study aims to know the impact of digital transformation on the job performance of&#xD;
employees in Mobilis in Ouargla. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive approach was&#xD;
adopted, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (41) employees in the institution, and&#xD;
the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study showed&#xD;
results, the most important of which are: The level of digital transformation in the institution under&#xD;
study is high. The level of job performance is average. There is a statistically significant effect at&#xD;
the significance level of 0.05 for digital transformation on job performance in the institution under&#xD;
study. There is a positive and strong correlation between digital transformation and job&#xD;
performance, and there are statistically significant differences between the respondents' answers&#xD;
regarding gender, age, educational level, and seniority in work in relation to job performance

Résumé: The main objective of this research is to know the extent of commitment to disclosure of social&#xD;
responsibility costs and its impact on the quality of financial statements of the National Cement Company،&#xD;
To achieve the research objectives، the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach، Through a&#xD;
validated questionnaire prepared according to (the Likert scale)، Applying to the Finance and Auditing&#xD;
Departments of the National Cement Company، Where (140) questionnaires were distributed to the&#xD;
company’s financial and auditors، the research community، (130) questionnaires were subjected to analysis،&#xD;
and the research reached several results، the most important of which are: The research showed a&#xD;
statistically significant impact of the Libyan cement companies’ commitment to disclosing their social&#xD;
responsibility on the quality of the financial statements، With an impact rate of (54.9%)، Based on the&#xD;
research results، the researcher recommended: Focusing on raising the efficiency of workers by holding&#xD;
training courses in the field of social and environmental accounting، And use it to raise efficiency and&#xD;
expertise in a way that contributes to the quality of financial statements
