Résumé: Conformational analysis of macrolides with 22-ring membered has been carried out using molecular modeling (molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics). The results indicate that each investigated macrocycles present eight types of preferential conformations. They result of the combination of two systems diene and ester a,b-unsaturated. A high conformational mobility of no complexed macrocycles (22) was obtained. In presence of tricarbonyliron, the number of the privileged conformations was reduced.

The structures of these products were confirmed by spectroscopy (IR, UV, RMN1H)

Résumé: Nowadays, the biosphere is suffering with various aggressions of the human activities, which increase its fragility and discupt it's functioning and disrupt its functioning. So, it should be protected to prevent any irreversible effect.Our study was carried out in 2003 to evaluate the atmospheric pollution by hydrocarbons in Hassi Messaoud region as a petroleum area surrounded by many torches.To determine the spatiotemporal accumulation rate of hydrocarbons in different places of the studied area, some lichen transplants of Xanthoria parientina were used as bioaccumulators.It was resulted in a regular accumulation of hydrocarbons in the lichen transplants during the whole length of exposure.Besides, it was found a significant correlation between the accumulation of hydrocarbons, length of exposure and space factor. This concordance between the hydrocarbons accumulation and the two precedent factors lets to suppose that Xanthoria parientina can be suitable species to evaluate atmospheric pollution in such cases.

Résumé: In this work we proceeded to the determination of the structural and physico - chemical features of clay in order to study his behavior screw to screw of certain textile stains of synthesis. We prepared different samples cationics (Na+, Al+3, Fe+3) and another treaty by H2O2. The bruise of methylene acted as model. Isotherms of adsorption have been studied according to several physico-chemical parameters: pH, granulometry, temperature and speed of agitation. Parameters of the adsorption balance gotten according to the equation of Langmuir have been determined. The experimental results show that the clay treated by H2O2 and NaOH presents features of adsorption favorable to the elimination of this synthesis stains textile.
