Résumé: The aim of this study is to assess hygienic, technical and technological conditions of dairy milking to&#xD;
evaluate later their impact on cow’s health in non-grazing cattle herds in semi-arid. The study was achieved on a&#xD;
sample of 48 small herds in the region of Boumerdes, the cradle dairy of Mahdia (The Tunisian Sahel).The&#xD;
hygienic and technical monitoring of milking sites had affected the entire sample of farmers. The visual&#xD;
examination and partial testing of the 39adopted milking machines was implemented to appreciate their chosen&#xD;
technology and maintaining in working. It is clear from the evaluation of sites that the majority of farmers ensure&#xD;
milking in calm conditions respecting the rapid and the complete milking. However, 43% of farmers clean cows’&#xD;
teats before milking, 42% don’t wipe cow’s udder,71%do not control fore milk before milking and all breeders&#xD;
are unaware of teats disinfection after milking. In addition, more than half of the farmers don’t practice a&#xD;
hygienic milking. The sample of milking machines showed that 14% of the mdo not respond the minimum&#xD;
required power, and the minimum capacityto50kPais consistent, regardless of the vacuum pump. All milking&#xD;
machines are equipped with a pneumatic pulsator, but only 18% of them had a pulse frequency according to the&#xD;
standard. The partial testing showed that 29% of machines had vacuum milking was below standard, and the&#xD;
majority of pulsators (79%) were defective.

Résumé: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of monolayer on the larva of Tilapia nilotica. An&#xD;
experiment was device consisted of 174 larva distributed in three aquariums during five weeks was installed. The&#xD;
first aquarium was not covered by the monolayer and considered as the control, the second one was covered by a&#xD;
monolayer of Hexadecanol (quantity of 0,09 g/m2) and The last aquarium was covered by a monolayer of the&#xD;
same alcohol (quantity of 0,15 g/m2). The results showed that the monolayer did not have a big effect on the&#xD;
physical parameters of the aquatic environment, but it affected the dissolved oxygen and delayed the growth of&#xD;
larva (size and weight) without killing them.

    <title>CARACTERISATION PHYSICO-CHIMIQUE DU COLOSTRUM CAMELIN (Camelus dromedarius)</title>

    <description>Titre: CARACTERISATION PHYSICO-CHIMIQUE DU COLOSTRUM CAMELIN (Camelus dromedarius)
Auteur(s): NILI M; BEN MOHAMED C; BOUAMEUR N
Résumé: The studies have proved that the camel colostrum has a particular interest for both the camel calf and&#xD;
nomads and southern populations because it satisfies their requirements given its high content of basic nutrients&#xD;
(proteins, lipids, and lactose) as well as vitamin C. It is also characterized by its powerful natural protective&#xD;
system (lactoperoxidase, lactoferrin, immunoglobulins and proteose-peptones3), thus distinguishing it from&#xD;
bovine colostrum. The purpose of this work is the characterization of this bio-product by performing physicochemical&#xD;
analyzes on a sample taken in Zone of Taïbat Ouargla and compares them with those of a sample of&#xD;
bovine colostrum. The results have revealed that the pH of camel colostrum is 6.50 ± 0.13, acidity Dornic is 14.5&#xD;
± 0.01, so less acid that bovine colostrum, the density is higher than that of bovine colostrum of the order of&#xD;
1.049 ± 0.001, the total dry matter content is slightly reduced compared to that of bovine colostrum estimated to&#xD;
120 ± 0.032 g / l, the quantity of lipids is much lower than that of bovine colostrum and estimated to 40 ± 0.00&#xD;
g/l, and the ashes of the order of 6.5 ± 0.0057 g / l. This colostrum is essentially characterized by very high rates&#xD;
of vitamin C and proteins. The value of vitamin C is more than 2,5 that found in bovine colostrum (the average&#xD;
value is estimated to be 84.48 ± 8.01 mg / l) and the value of protein is evaluated in the order of 55.5 ± 3.5 g / l.

    <title>EFFET DE LA SAISON SUR LA REPRISE DES ACTIVITES OVARIENNE ET OESTRALE APRES LE PART CHEZ LA BREBIS OULED DJELLAL</title>

    <description>Titre: EFFET DE LA SAISON SUR LA REPRISE DES ACTIVITES OVARIENNE ET OESTRALE APRES LE PART CHEZ LA BREBIS OULED DJELLAL
Auteur(s): BENYOUNES A; LAMRANI F
Résumé: The objective of the trial was to evaluate the effect of season on the resumption of ovarian and estrus&#xD;
activity after parturition in ewes Ouled Djellal. The study was conducted in the east of Algeria -36 ° 28 'north&#xD;
latitude and 7 ° 28' east longitude-, about 41 ewes lambed in the spring (20) and autumn (21) and their lambs&#xD;
were weaned at 45 days of age. Ovarian activity of ewes was examined by analysis of alternating progesterone&#xD;
levels, determined by radioimmunoassay, following blood tests carried out between 25-60 days post-partum.&#xD;
Daily estruses were controlled with rams since the 60th day postpartum. Whatever the season, the renewal of&#xD;
ovarian activity of ewes, very favorable for the autumn (P &lt; 0.001) was observed after the end of exclusive&#xD;
suckling time (day 30). Indeed, the recovery of spontaneous cyclical ewes after parturition was related to their&#xD;
lambing season. Thus, the shortest duration of postpartum anoestrus was obtained with autumn lambing (P &lt;&#xD;
0.001).
