    <title>EFFET DU STRESS SALIN SUR DEUX PARAMÈTRES HYDRIQUES (TURGESCENCE ET TRANSPIRATION) DE JEUNES PLANTS D’ATRIPLEX HALIMUS ET ATRIPLEX CANESCENS.</title>

Résumé: Two water parameters were studied in this work, in conjunction with tolerance to salt stress, ie the&#xD;
turgor and transpiration in young plants of Atriplex halimus and Atriplex canescens. We determined the relative&#xD;
water content (RWC or TRE) or turgor and water loss through transpiration (RWL). For this, we tested the&#xD;
action of salts combined NaCl + CaCl 2 at 400 and 600 meq. The results after a week of stress, show that: the&#xD;
salinity has a highly significant effect on both species, characterized by a reduction in turgor and transpiration.&#xD;
However, this reduction is more pronounced as A.halimus than A. canescens. Moreover, whatever the parameter&#xD;
studied (turgor, transpiration, leaf area, stomatal density) values are increased in the presence of the nutrient&#xD;
solution alone. If the salt concentration exceeds 400 meq salts combined, either for A. halimus or A. canescens,&#xD;
these parameters decrease and the salt becomes harmful. The results also showed the existence of a close&#xD;
relationship between these parameters. Thus, when the relative water content (RWC) decreases, there is a&#xD;
gradual decrease in water loss (RWL) transpiration, characterized by closure of stomata.

Résumé: An immunohistochemical study of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-3, MMP-7) was undertaken on&#xD;
the seminal vesicle, prostate and vas deferens of Meriones libycus in order to verify their implication in the&#xD;
cellular process of reproduction. Meriones libycus were collected from Beni-Abbes areas in the spring (breeding&#xD;
period). The work was done using the indirect immunohistochemistry protocol by amplification with&#xD;
streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase and AEC as chromogen. In the seminal vesicles, the MMP-3 and MMP-7 were&#xD;
immunolocalized in epithelial cells and smooth muscle cells (SMC) without any immunostaining in the&#xD;
extracellular matrix (ECM) and the secretion. In the ventral prostate, MMP-3 and MMP-7 immunoexpressions&#xD;
were concentrated in the apical pole of the epithelial cells with a less immunoresponse in SMC and a lack of&#xD;
immunoreactivity in the ECM. The not immunostained secretion was followed by empty circular areas of&#xD;
variable size and was surrounded by a small amount of an immunolabelled material. This phenomenon reflected&#xD;
a detachment of secretion allowing its movement in the tubules. In the dorsal prostate, there were as well the&#xD;
epithelial cells whose produced MMP-3 and MMP-7 with an absence of MMP-3 and a slight MMP-7&#xD;
immunoreaction in SMC; the secretion showed a strong immunolabelling. In the vas deferens, epithelial cells,&#xD;
SMC and secretion were strongly immunostained. MMPs are involved in the flow of secretion in the ventral&#xD;
prostate and are probably implicated in elaboration of secretion and subsequently in sperm maturation.

Résumé: The Sahara is characterized by extremely harsh and very restrictive conditions of soil and climate&#xD;
not allowing the development as a cover adapted flora (lignified plants, halophytes, tough ...). In this&#xD;
environment with scarce resources, the dromedary express remarkable capacity to adapt himself to make the&#xD;
best use of available resources Saharan ecosystems. In fact it happens to survive, reproduce and even to&#xD;
produce (meat, milk etc ....) In an extensivefarming method based entirely on the exploitation of these natural&#xD;
Saharan pasture. This work is a synthesis of different characteristics digestive, behavioral and food of this&#xD;
species all of which gives meaning to the concept of adaptability of camels to desert ecosystems. These faculties&#xD;
of adaptation can be declined into two types of strategy: (i) a physiological strategy (storage, economic&#xD;
losses, recycling), (ii) a behavioral strategy (ambulatory pasture spacing periods of watering, plant&#xD;
selection,plant diversity of the diet). These strategies, together with the anatomical peculiarities of the animal&#xD;
(flexible foot involving a small trampling, long neck allowing access to the upper layers of vegetation) make an&#xD;
animal with low environmental impact.

Résumé: The study of the trophic menu of the young people To pass domesticus X P. hispaniolensis is carried&#xD;
out for the first time in a palm plantation with 80 of Ouargla (34° 54 ' NR., 5° 20 ' E.). The analysis of the&#xD;
stomachic contents made it possible to identify 347 preys consisted a large fraction of insects in the young&#xD;
sparrows belonging to four categories of ages (100% for let us oisillons sparrow old from 1 to 3 days, 93.9% for&#xD;
the old individuals from 4 to 6 days, 99.0% for let us oisillons from 7 to 9 days and 97.7% for those from 10 to&#xD;
12 days). The species about Lepidoptera are most intensely consumed by the four categories of age is the young&#xD;
people from 1 to 3 days (59.6%), from 4 to 6 days (78.8%), from 7 to 9 days (83.3%) and from 10 to 12 days&#xD;
(63.6%). Let us young from 1 to 3 days devour apart from Lepidoptera, of Heteroptera with a rate of 34.6%. In&#xD;
the same way the young people of the second category ingurgitent in addition to Lepidoptera, Heteroptera&#xD;
(7.6%) and Oligocheta (6.1%). The old chicks between 7 and 9 days introduce in addition to Lepidoptera,&#xD;
Heteroptera and Coleoptera each one with a rate of 6.3%. The last category of the young people consume in&#xD;
addition to the Lepidoptera, of the Coleoptera (18.2%).
