Titre: The degree to which academic leaders in Algerian universities practice environmentally sustainable functions from the perspective of faculty members Field study of economic and commercial science faculties and management science from certain universities in Algeria
Auteur(s): Hanane Razkallah1
Résumé: This study aimed to assess the degree to which academic leaders in Algerian universities
practice environmentally sustainable functions from the perspective of faculty members holding
administrative and leadership positions. These functions represented teaching, scientific research,
administrative and organizational methods, and community service. The research relied on the
descriptive analytical approach, where data was collected using a questionnaire directed to a
sample of university leaders (N=83) in a number of Algerian universities. The analysis showed
variations in the level of practice across different functions. While the level of practices in the
teaching and scientific research functions approached the average level, a noticeable decline was
observed in the practices of administrative and organizational methods. The community service
function was the weakest, as practices related to environmental sustainability appeared
significantly behind

An analytical reading of the importance of the public debt-to-GDP ratio in achieving financial sustainability in Algeria

Titre: An analytical reading of the importance of the public debt-to-GDP ratio in achieving financial sustainability in Algeria
Auteur(s): Benmoussa hacene
Résumé: This research aims to study and analyze the suitability and accuracy of the public
debt-to-GDP ratio. This indicator, frequently used to measure fiscal sustainability, is the
subject of ongoing debate among researchers, economists, and academics regarding its
application to the Algerian economy. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, a scientific
research methodology, we concluded that the public debt-to-GDP ratio is an inaccurate
indicator and does not fully reflect the Algerian economy's capacity to achieve fiscal
sustainability, for several reasons. It does not take into account the true ratio of public debt.
Differences in public debt between countries are explained by their distinct economic,
political, and social characteristics. Long-term public debt sustainability also depends on the
relationship between economic growth and real interest rates. Furthermore, given that the
risks associated with public debt are multifactorial, it is preferable to use more precise
indicators

Titre: Les déterminants de la demande d’importation de blé en Algérie
Auteur(s): Souad BOUCHAKOUR; Abdelhamid AIT TALEB; Ouarda ALOUACHE
Résumé: Notwithstanding Algeria's efforts, its wheat imports remain high and continue to increase
each year. This trend has inevitable consequences for the state budget and food sovereignty. This
article therefore aims to analyse the factors determining the annual volume of wheat imports in
Algeria, in order to guide public policy. To this end, a quantitative approach based on econometric
analysis was adopted, applying the ARDL model to data covering the period 2000-2023.The results
of the study indicate that the factors determining the volume of wheat imports in Algeria, as revealed
by the impact analysis, mainly include: GDP per capita, imports of goods and services, the exchange
rate, money supply, wheat imports in the previous year, oil prices and, finally, local wheat
production. These results reveal that the increase in the standard of living of the Algerian population
has a positive impact on soft wheat imports, while most of the national production consists of durum
wheat. Thus, the development of soft wheat production is essential to reduce the import bill

Titre: Strategic Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Application in Marketing: Amazon as a Model
Auteur(s): Bessachi Houda; Bouazza Sabrine; Habbiche Wahiba
Résumé: This study aims to provide a strategic analysis of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in
digital marketing, using Amazon as a case study of a global leader in this field. The study examines
how AI applications, including smart personalization, big data analysis, dynamic pricing, chatbots,
and sentiment analysis, contribute to improving marketing performance and enhancing operational
efficiency.
The study results showed that AI has become a fundamental strategic pillar in reshaping
customer experience, enhancing operational efficiency, and increasing customer loyalty. The use of
key performance indicators (KPIs) demonstrated how AI applications enhanced Amazon's
marketing performance metrics, including conversion rates, delivery times, and advertising
effectiveness.
Analytical tools such as SWOT analysis and the balanced scorecard were employed to
evaluate the strategic impact of AI on marketing performance. The study concluded that integrating
AI with marketing strategy enhances organizations’ ability to adapt to rapid market changes and
achieve sustainable competitive advantage, provided that ethical and privacy considerations are
carefully addressed.
