Titre: The problem of sustainable territorial development and its impact on decentralized cooperation Auteur(s): OUNAS Farid Résumé: The focus of our study is the central government's role in local government administration, and the role of local populations and their representatives in fostering cooperation within a new framework of decentralized territorial development. We will examine, as an example, the Franco-Algerian quantitative decentralized cooperation, which has experienced significant growth in recent decades, while also highlighting the various obstacles hindering this cooperation. Our methodology is based first on the essence and foundations of sustainable territorial development, ultimately leading to an analysis of the processes and opportunities of entrepreneurship in Algeria, with the aim of achieving local, territorially-based development. The study has two primary objectives: first, to assess the short- and long-term dynamics among these three variables; second, to provide an analytical evaluation of the effectiveness of economic policies implemented by the Algerian government. The findings reveal multiple dynamic interactions between economic growth, the exchange rate, and inflation. This is achieved through the analysis of the experiences of three leading countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, and Egypt. In light of the current economic and social challenges, these countries seek to adopt innovative economic models that strike a balance between financial sustainability and social impact. Titre: The role of green supply chains in achieving sustainable competitive advantage: a case study of Algeria Telecom – Tebessa Auteur(s): رواحنه محمد; غنام أسية Résumé: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between green supply chain practices and sustainable competitive advantage at Algérie Télécom, with a focus on Algérie Télécom’s operations in the province of Tébessa. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, involving a purposive sample of 40 employees at Algérie Télécom in the province of Tébessa; this statistical sample was analysed using SPSS software. The results showed a statistically significant correlation between green supply chain practices and sustainable competitive advantage (r = 0.563, p < 0.001). Regression results also showed that these practices explain 31.7% of the variance in the sustainable competitive advantage of Algérie Télécom.
