Jordanian legislator has identified application system for each of the above acts within clean texts, and gave legal standards to the concerned in order to distinguish between the trade business and other business, particularly the civil works, where the legislator didn’t do the necessary for the mixed business. Such business –mixed- raise a question regarding which act should be applied in such mixed business, is it to one system of law or subject to a dual legal system, if the contract is a commercial for one of contract parties and the other is not, will apply the provisions of the interest provided by the Commercial Act for the first party, and will the other party of the contract will be affected so when the contract was not commercial for him?
