Parmi les outils que les chercheurs utilisent dans le domaine des sciences sociales et humaines ; l’entretien (l’interview). Nous nous interrogerons dans cet article sur la définition de l’entretien (l’interview) ses catégories et pourquoi l’utiliser dans ce domaine particulièrement. Les chercheurs rencontrent beaucoup de difficultés dans l’élaboration des questionnaire, sa mise en application et les éléments qui influent sur l’entretien. Cette situation pousse les chercheurs en méthodologie ne cessent de fournir des efforts afin de faciliter la mise en application de cette importante méthode qui est l’entretien Cependant une question se pose ; quel est le meilleur moyen pour consigner ( enregistrer) les informations fournies par l’entretien ? doit en se suffire de résumer ce que dit l’interviewé ? doit en enregistrer tous ses gestes, ses allusions ainsi que son état pendant la réponse ? sachant que la réaction de l’interviewé lors de la question et la réponse elle-même ont beaucoup de significations. Une fois cette étape dépasser il ne reste un autre problème ; comment exploiter les réponses ? doit se suffire a quantifier les réponses ? doit on se pencher sur leur contenu et les analyser selon cette technique ? The researcher developed a questionnaire of the Project of Life representation which included (03) domains: schools project, professional project and family project. He applied it on a sample of 100 students.. According to the SPSS analysis the results were as follow: 1- There was high level in the total degree of the instrument and the school project domain, while it showed an average level of representation at the professional and family domain. 2- There were no statistically significant differences in the total degree of the instrument in favor of gender while there were statistically significant differences in the school project domain in favor of female. However there were differences in the professional and family project domain in favor of females. 3- There were statistically significant differences in the total degree of the instrument and in the professional project domain due to the educational specialization in favor of science and technology. 4- There were no statistically significant differences in the total degree of the instrument study; it is due to the variable of the living level in the three domains. Some recommendations and suggestions were listed. We have also to know about differences in surveys concerning this moral. The sample of education is composed of (320) teachers, among whom (130) from the university of Algiers, and (69) from the university of Oran, and (121) from the university of Constantine, from the original population which reaches (1476) member. In order to achieve the aims of the present study, a questionnaire is used to gather information necessary to know the level of of the, moral among teaching staff members. This study has shown that The level of the moral for the teaching staff members at the Algerian universities is general medium with a percentage of (66, 56%)..in addition, it has been proved There are statistically significant differences among the three Algerian universities (Algeria, Oran, Constantine) and which is attributed to the moral variable for the University of Oran..
