Résumé: This research paper aims at introducing an analytical descriptive study for levels, skills and proficiencies of the guidelines of American council for teaching foreign languages (ACTFL) through analyzing its skills and proficiencies. It has five main levels, i.e. novice, intermediate, advanced,superior and distinguished. The beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are branched into three subdivisions. The novice, intermediate and advanced are subdivided into the subdivisions of low, mid and high. The linguistic skills are listening, conversation, reading and writing. As for the proficiencies, they are three types: the linguistic, communicative and cultural skills. The research paper aims at having benefits from these guidelines and its applications and investigating how far they can be applied on the courses for teaching Arabic for the speakers of other languages. The research paper has concluded the guidelines introduce the common principles and the basic guides for composing a courses and educational programs. Their linguistic levels are accurate and fit the learners’ needs and educational levels. The paper has recommended to be based upon referential scientific frames that fit the learners and introduce the linguistic skills and proficiencies through strict benchmarks to ensure the success of the educational process, accomplish the needed outcomes and unify the efforts of the educational associations and authorities that concerning teaching Arabic. It has suggested that the experts and professionals to cooperate to put a unified framework for courses of Arabic language to be a guide for composing programs according the international frameworks.

Résumé: RajaaAalem turned (Hobba) into an enigmatic icon, practicing her charm in every station in the novel, doubling their implications, applying her miraculous activity on every incident and mastering her role in every moment of the view whether with the characters or with the recipients of the novel  as she is given the stamp like mercury roaming around in the events of the novel, which amazes the recipient by applying her between what is human and what is mythical or religious or what is tangible comprehensive to the meaning of the universe or the entity. And between this and that she carried her image that is available for her within the boundaries of for being placed between the aware recipient and the imaginary and between the function and the performance and between reality and fantasy. In this situation where do the boundaries stand between what is real and what is imaginary in using her? And is it possible for "Hobba" a visualized mental production? Or exactly identical to the significance that she's used for? How can the world of symbols of characters in most of the events to reflect the image of the represented? And is there an objective to merge "Hobba" with the rest of the characters to reach the truth?

Résumé: If we take a look at the works of exegetes; we found out that they gave a particular priority to the pragmatic aspects in their approach to understand the coranic discourse, and grasp its Intentions through the receptor pursuit to discover and comprehend the relations that constitute the text and realize its cohesion and the coherence of its parts. This subject took a great place in the work of the exegete (Al Imam al-Biqai) (The organization of pearls and the correspondence of verses and chapters) where he discusses the role of intention or the pragmatic meaning in the classification of the of the coranic discourse and the structuring of its parts (verses, paragraphs and sections). A cursory reading of his work would reveal that he obliged himself to follow a strict and clear method in his exegesis of the Coran, which is based essentially on determining the intention of each coranic chapter, and the reasons behind its revelation, explaining at the same time the secret behind the ordering of its verses and sections, according to a method that transcend the two criteria of cohesion and coherence of discourse to realize in the end its primal goal, which is inspiring and convincing the receptor.

Résumé: Repetition is one of the latest techniques of expression despite its presence in the ancient Arabic poetry because it is considered a phenomenon of recent proéminant poetic text structure so that there is in every book of poems . It can have respectful aesthetic and psychological meanings reinforce the semantic and rhythmic movement in the poetic text. It aims at research paper to study the aesthetic of repetition in the poetry of (Mohamed Belkacem Khamar) while trying to find out the nature of this technique, its structure, its aesthetic formulation and also how far the poet to well structured using it as an effective tool in its poetic text.
