Résumé: Lean management system is one of the most advanced and popular management&#xD;
techniques, which many companies are using in recent days. Many of the nonmanufacturing&#xD;
companies are also using these techniques for better results. This is also the&#xD;
case for IKEA, Malaysia. During our visit to IKEA in 2011, we have been able to&#xD;
acknowledge the lean practices in the store. IKEA is mostly renowned for the quality and&#xD;
model of its home furniture. In this paper, we are going to explain in details the lean&#xD;
management system, its application to services and its practice at IKEA Malaysia

Résumé: The complex relations between international openness, technology and the strategies of&#xD;
firms, lead us to deal in this article with our problematic around these questions: How does&#xD;
international openness inspire firms to innovate and create technology? How do trade flows and&#xD;
FDI flows contribute to this transfer? Our work aims to analyze the impact of FDI spillovers and&#xD;
international openness on the productive structure of Algerian manufacturing industries. Thus, we&#xD;
will present estimates of the effects of FDI inflows on total factor productivity of domestic firms&#xD;
using panel econometrics. These results show that Algeria has not been able to value the potential&#xD;
theoretical benefits of economic openness on employment and labor productivity

Résumé: Using a panel of 21 MENA countries, this paper investigates and examines&#xD;
macroeconomic and institutional determinants of financial development in this region. The&#xD;
foremost results of panel data technique highlight the critical importance of the institutional&#xD;
variables, as captured by the capacity of government to formulate and implement sound policies&#xD;
and the respect of institutions by both citizens and the states. Other main results focus the important&#xD;
position of the financial openness in determining the banking development in MENA region,&#xD;
particularly in petroleum countries

Résumé: This study aims to find out the reality of human resource training in petroleum&#xD;
companies, a case study of the National Company for transportation and marketing of&#xD;
hydrocarbons (Sonatrach) during the period from 2006 to 2015. We adopted in this study,&#xD;
the descriptive method in order to provide a description of the variable study (training), and&#xD;
the analytical method in the practical side through curves analysis.&#xD;
The study concluded that human resource training process is very expensive&#xD;
especially the external training and training is mostly devoted to the managers and&#xD;
specialists. The effectiveness of training programs that contribute to reducing the costs&#xD;
resulting from forgone days and work accidents
