Abstract: The study attempts to track the linguistic construction of the popular ideals through different levels of sound, composition and indication. It aims to reveal the mechanisms of its construction, how it is transmitted and transformed through oral transmission. And a number of linguistic procedural tools will be used to detect the composition of the ideals and the effect of this on the significance, and will try to link some of the sound phenomena in the ideals to the linguistic nature of the region. Abstrait: L' étude tente de retracer la structure linguistique du proverbe populaire à travers les différents niveaux phonemiques,compositionnels et sémantiques afin de découvrir les mécanismes de sa construction, et comment il est transmis et transformé par transmission orale. Cette étude mettera en fonction un nombre d'outils et procédures linguistiques ayant pour objectif de detecter la structure du proverbe et son effet sur la nature linguistigue de la région.
