In this study, we are going to construct a Leslie matrix that's Number of females in Sudan for every fiveyear period between 2014 and 2049. To illustrate the effectiveness of this method and find out the advantages and disadvantages. Despite the recovery of the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in recent years, it has increased from 7% in 2006 to 28.27% in 2019 it remains low compared to the recommendations of the WHO and public health policy in Algeria. Among the mothers interviewed, 32.2% breastfeed within 30 minutes of delivery and 38.5% know the duration of exclusive breastfeeding until 6 months of age, and most of them give birth in a health facility.
