Résumé: The study aimed to compare the first-generation curricula and the second-generation curricula by presenting the similarities and differences between them, what distinguishes them from the first-generation curricula, the reasons for their appearance, presenting a comparison between the Arabic language books for the fifth year of primary school, the first -generation curricula and the second-generation curricula, clarifying the points of change that affected this book, and presenting the negatives of the new reforms. Which was an obstacle to its implementation, such as the lack of training of supervisors, the ambiguity of the prescribed curricula, and the failure to take into account the privacy of society. ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى المقارنة بين مناهج الجيل الأول ومناهج الجيل الثاني وذلك بعرض أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما وما يميزها عن مناهج الجيل الأول ودواعي ظهورها وعرض مقارنة بين كتابي اللغة العربية للسنة الخامسة ابتدائي مناهج الجيل الأول ومناهج الجيل الثاني وتوضيح نقاط التغيير التي طالت هذا الكتاب وتقديم سلبيات الإصلاحات الجديدة التي كانت عائقا في تطبيقها مثل غياب تكوين المؤطرين وغموض المناهج المقررة وعدم مراعاة خصوصية المجتمع

Résumé: لما كان العمل التطوعي يحتل مكانة بارزة في المجتمع لما له من القدرة في إحداث التغيير والتنمية بمفهومها الشامل ،يفترض من جميع أفراد المجتمع لاسيما الشباب منهم المشاركة والانخراط فيه بشكل واسع، إلا أن المشاهدات اليومية تكشف أن هذا الافتراض يتحقق في جميع الأحوال ، اذ نجد قطاعا واسعا من الشباب يمارس العزوف وعدم الاقدام على التطوع . ولهذا جاء هذا المقال ليسلط الضوء على اهم الأسباب التب تدفع الشباب الى العزوف والامتناع عن التطوع ضمن الجمعيات والمؤسسات الذات الطابع الخيري . Whereas volunteer work occupies a prominent position in society because of its ability to bring about change and development in its comprehensive concept, it is assumed by all members of society, especially young people, including participation and engaging in it widely, but daily views reveal that this assumption is achieved in all cases, as we find a sector Wide young people practice reluctance and not to volunteer. That is why this article came to highlight the most important causes of tuberculosis that prompt young people to reluctant and refrain from volunteering within the societies and institutions of the charitable character.

Résumé: العلم بمقاصد الشريعة ضروري للمجتهد والمفتي والعالم، وقد عدَّها كثير من الأصوليين شرطا لهما من شروط الاجتهاد، وكما هو معلوم ـ الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء مبنية على مراعاة مصالح العباد في العاجل والآجل، وقد قسم علماء الأصول المقاصد الشرعية بحسب الحاجة إليها إلى مقاصد ضرورية، تحسينية وحاجية، وتأتي الضرورية في المرتبة الأولى، وهي لازمة وحتمية لكل أمة وملَّة، ومراعاة في كل الملل والشرائع. ويعد جمال الدين عطية من أبرز الشخصيات الفاعلة في مجال المقاصد، كيف لا وهو من الداعيين إلى تفعيلها، وقد أولى ـ رحمه الله ـ اهتماما بالغا بالمقاصد الضرورية. Abstract : The knowledge of the objectives of Islamic jurisprudence is essential for the jurist, the mufti, and the scholar. Many jurists have considered it a prerequisite among the conditions of ijtihad. As is well known, the noble Islamic Sharia is built upon the consideration of the interests of the worshipers in both the immediate and distant future. Scholars of Islamic jurisprudence have classified the legal objectives according to their necessity into essential, improvement-oriented, and circumstantial objectives. The essential objectives hold the highest rank and are necessary and imperative for every community and nation, regardless of their beliefs and legal systems. Jamal al-Din Atiya is regarded as one of the leading figures in the field of Islamic jurisprudential objectives. This is not surprising, as he was a proponent of their activation and accorded great attention to the essential objectives.

Résumé: The current study aims to know the extent of the use of mobile learning among students of the&#xD;
Faculty of Modern Information and Communication Technologies during the exercise of educational&#xD;
learning activities. The study sample consisted of 150 students. * To achieve research objectives, the&#xD;
curriculum was based on the descriptive curriculum. * The study place was in the Faculty of Modern&#xD;
Information and Communication Technologies. * We have used a suitable search tool * questionnaire *,&#xD;
The questionnaire consists of 44 items divided into three dimensions (behavioral, cognitive and&#xD;
emotional). Each dimension determines a particular kind of dimension of mobile learning. * The results&#xD;
of the study revealed that the degree of university student's use of mobile learning in the educational&#xD;
process is high. * There are no statistically significant differences in the use of mobile learning by sex. *&#xD;
There are no statistically significant differences in the use of mobile learning across the academic&#xD;
discipline. * There are statistically significant differences in the use of mobile learning at different levels&#xD;
in favors of the third year Bachelor's degree, not for the second year Bachelor's degree for university&#xD;
students. The study's findings found that reality demonstrates the importance of using mobile learning and&#xD;
diversity in its use. It is also a process that improves students' competence, helps them develop&#xD;
themselves, enhances their creativity, and helps the professor complete the educational process as quickly&#xD;
as possible
