Résumé: This study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between metacognition in mathematics and general intelligenceamongst third-graders pupils in middle school and examine whether this relationship was affected by: the level of academic achievement and sex. The study sample consisted of 130 pupils (66 males, 64 females) were selected at random from Abdelkader Korichi middle school in Rouissat Ouargla. To achieve the aims of the study used: Metacognition Scale, Raven test of intelligence, and we used to measure the level of academic achievement rates of the first chapter in mathematics. The study was conducted in the academic year 2011/2012 .&#xD;
&#xD;
After a statistical analysis of the data using Excel 2007 and SPSS 19.0 programs study showed the following results:&#xD;
&#xD;
• There is a statistically significant relationship at 0.01 between metacognition in mathematics and general intelligence amongst third-graders pupils in middle school. &#xD;
&#xD;
• Do not vary the nature of the relationship between metacognition in mathematics and general intelligence according to sex amongst third-grade pupils middle school.&#xD;
&#xD;
• Nature of the relationship between metacognitive in mathematics and general intelligence for the third-grade pupils middle school differ statistically significant at 0.05 depending on the level of academic achievement (high / low).&#xD;
&#xD;
• Do not vary the nature of the relationship between metacognition in mathematics and general intelligence third grade pupils in the middle school, a statistically significant difference depending on the level of academic achievement (high / normal, normal / low).

Résumé: The anger feeling is considered one of the outstanding feelings in the Human life;&#xD;
Anger is unhappy feeling .it happens to man and it causes a state of stress accompanied&#xD;
by changes in the function of the internal organs and external bodily aspects expressing and Violence ; the degree of the feeling ,it influences the body negatively or positively according to the kind of anger and its extent . the present study aims to examine the relationship between anger as an attribute with aggressive behavior in adolescence that this sensitive phase in the life of an individual. The current paper used the anger measurement prepared by mohamed abde essaid erahmane   and the scale of violence prepared by abde ellah soulaimane; The Research Sample consist of (30) teenager.&#xD;
The Results:&#xD;
There is a statistical correlation between violence and anger.&#xD;
There are differences of statistical differences in the points of the violence scale between Grils and boys.

Résumé: This study aimed to discover the administrative creation phenomenon in the services of the local administration of city of ouargla , having the most important individual and the organizational obstacles of the creation to find the intellectual progressive ways for the works of the administrative services in the city .&#xD;
&#xD;
The study aimed also to know the obstacles of the administrative creation for the workers of some administrative services in ouargla , precising the existence level of the obstacles for the workers of the department of the city of ouargla and does that level differ according to the different sex , the administrative services and the experience in the job .&#xD;
&#xD;
A spontaneous sample was chose for the study,64 worker in the administration of the city department of ouargla from different services like : the service of the employees, the financial and the local administration services .&#xD;
&#xD;
The results of the study were :&#xD;
&#xD;
-  The existence of the individual and organizational obstacles of administrative creation within the department of the city which proved that the provocative organizational environment is not available for the intellectual creation , where the routine procedures are dominant in the administrative work .&#xD;
- There is no difference between the workers of the local administration and the financial services in the level of the obstacles , also There is no difference between males and females or between those who are experienced of less than 5 years and those who have an experience of more than 5 years in the existence of the obstacles .
