استخدامات الألواح الإلكترونية لدى فئة المكفوفون والإشباعات المحققة منها دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف استخدامات الألواح الإلكترونية لدى فئة المكفوفون والإشباعات المحققة منها، كما هدفت كذلك إلى معرفة التصورات التي يختزنها المكفوفون في أذهانهم اتجاه الألواح الإلكترونية، وأيضا إلى معرفة عادات وأنماط استخدمهم لها، كما تهدف أيضا إلى معرفة الحجات والدوافع التي تلبيها لهم، وكذلك معرفة الانعكاسات الناجمة جراء استخدام المكفوفون لتكنولوجيا الألواح الإلكترونية، ومعرفة أبرز التطبيقات ومدى ملائمتها لهم، وقد كان التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة " ما مدى استخدامات الألواح الالكترونية لدى فئة المكفوفون وما الاشباعات المحققة منها؟" ولدراسة هذه الاشكالية قمنا بطرح مجموعة من الأسئلة فرعية وهي: 1. ما هي التمثلات التي يحملها المكفوفون اتجاه الألواح الإلكترونية؟ 2. ما هي استخدامات المكفوفون للألواح الإلكترونية؟ 3. ما هي الاشباعات المحققة من الاستخدام؟ 4. كيف تنعكس الإشباعات المحققة على سلوكيات المكفوفون؟ وتأتي هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية، مستخدمة المنهج المسحي، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام أداة استمارة الإستبيان، وتم اختيار صدفية بأسلوب قصدي بلغ قوامها 60 مفردة ممن لديهم اعاقة بصرية في مدينة ورقلة، خلال الفترة الزمنية 01/11/2018 – 13/06/2019. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: أنه لا يوجد اختلاف بين الجنسين في استخدام الألواح الإلكترونية بنسبة متعادلة 50.0%، بمعنى أن كل المبحوثين يستخدمون الألواح الإلكترونية. كما خلصت أيضا إلى أن مجمل أفراد العينة يستخدمون الألواح الإلكترونية أكثر من مرتين في اليوم، كما نستنج أن غالبية أفراد العينة يستغرقون في استخداماتهم للألواح الإلكترونية من ساعة إلى ثلاث ساعات في اليوم. أن غالبية أفراد العينة يقولون أن الدوافع التي تجعلهم يقبلون على استخدام الألواح الإلكترونية هي التعليم والتثقيف. أن معظم أفراد البحث يقولون أن استخدامهم للألواح الإلكترونية يلبي لهم رغبات، كما نستنتج أن غالبيتهم يقولون أن الحاجات التي يسعون إلى تحقيقها هي حاجات معرفية. وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين المستوى التعليمي للمبحوث والوقت المستغرق في استخدام الألواح الالكترونية لأن الدلالة الإحصائية أقل من 0.05، وكذلك نستخلص وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين سن المبحوث والوقت المفضل في استخدام الألواح الالكترونية لأن الدلالة الإحصائية أقل من 0.05.

Study Summary The aim of the study is to identify the uses of electronic panels in the blind group and the expectations generated by them. It also aims to know the perceptions that the blind people store in their minds towards the electronic boards, and also to know the habits and patterns used by them. It also aims to know the arguments and motives that satisfy them, The main question of the study was: "What is the extent of the use of electronic panels in the blind group and what are their expectations?" In order to study this problem we have asked a number of sub-questions: 1. What are the representations of the blind to the direction of the electronic panels? 2. What are the uses of the blind for electronic boards? 3. What are the realized frequencies of use? 4. How do impressions reflected on the behavior of the blind? The study was carried out in descriptive research, using the survey method. The data was collected using the questionnaire form. The sample was randomly chosen by 60 people with visual impairment in the city of Ouargla during the period 01/11/2018 - 2019. The study concluded with a number of results: That there is no difference between the sexes in the use of electronic boards at a neutral rate of 50.0%, meaning that all respondents use electronic panels. It also concluded that the total sample use electronic panels more than twice a day. We also conclude that the majority of respondents use their electronic boards for one to three hours a day. That the majority of respondents say that the motives that make them accept the use of electronic boards is education and education. That most of the research people say that their use of electronic boards meet their desires, and we conclude that the majority of them say that the needs they seek to achieve are cognitive needs. There is a statistically significant relationship between the educational level of the researcher and the time taken to use the electronic plates because the statistical significance is less than 0.05. We also conclude that there is a statistically significant relationship between the age of the respondent and the preferred time in the use of electronic panels because the statistical significance is less than 0.05.
