Abstract

This research paper deals with the anti dumping issue according to the laws approved by the world trade organization; specifically article VI 6 of the general agreement on trade and tariffs GATT; a multilateral agreement between many countries in 1947, that aims to free global world international trade based on goods. This paper research addresses the legal measures taken in the agreement and whether it is applied by these countries to the WTO or not and also it deals with dumping , its types and measures taken to fight it in order to achieve fair competition within the international trade environment.
