This has led the scientific progress that touches all fields, particularly the medical field to change the means of treatment and remedies traditionally the means to treat modern investigated the pros and many benefits for mankind , where possible, to overcome many of the diseases and the protection of human health and private life , and has led this development scientific and technical medicine to the emergence of many modern achievements such as pollination and artificial human cloning and operations as well as transportation and transplantation of human organs . The latter , and that has pros and social interests and individual , but it raised several legal problems relating to human dignity and the sanctity of the body and as well as the responsibility of the doctor penal quo in case of breach of the rules and conditions to do this type of operation on the one hand , in addition to what the author of this type of operation is the emergence of serious criminal phenomena is the trafficking of these members and what generates from the criminal responsibility of the perpetrator of the other hand
