Abstract

We are trying from this research paper to focus on the definition of the security and the security threats in the concepts in the international relationships…and emphasis on the most important changes coming from the end of the cold war, which effected many fields and concepts, such like the security, so we find new definitions started being initial, like the human security, without forgetting the change in the nature of the security threats; to be more complicated new and multi transnational non-state actors
