استخدام التطبيقات الاتصالية للهواتف الذكية و مساهمتها في تدعيم صحافة المواطن : دراسة وصفية تحليلية لعينة من طلبة و أساتذة قسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال – جامعة ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على استخدام طلبة و أساتذة قسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال -جامعة ورقلة-، للتطبيقات الاتصالية للهواتف الذكية و كيفية مساهمتها في تدعيم صحافة المواطن. ومنه بحثنا تلخص في الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية : هل ساهم استخدام تطبيقات الاتصالية للهواتف الذكية في تدعيم صحافة المواطن من وجهة نظر أساتذة و طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال – جامعة ورقلة - ؟. و حاولت الإجابة على الفرضيات التالية:  توجد فروق في استخدام التطبيقات الاتصالية للهواتف الذكية بين الأساتذة و الطلبة في قسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال بجامعة ورقلة.  عززت تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية الاتصالية من انتشار ظاهرة صحافة المواطن.  المواطن بإمكانه عبر التطبيقات الاتصالية لهواتفه الذكي أن يسد النقص الذي لم تغطه وسائل الإعلام التقليدية.  التطورات المتسارعة التي تشهدها تقنيات الهواتف الذكية و تطبيقاتها جعلت منها منافسا و بديلا حقيقيا لوسائل الإعلام التقليدية. و لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة و الوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و أجريت الدراسة على مجتمع البحث المكون من 822 فرد، و الموزعة على النحو التالي: 802 طالب جامعي مسجل بقسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال، 20 أستاذ جامعي مدرّس بقسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال – جامعة ورقلة-، و على هذا النحو تم اختيار "عينة قصدية" تمثل المجتمع الكلي للدراسة متكونة من أساتذة و طلبة القسم. أما فيما يخص أدوات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة ، فكان الاعتماد على (استمارة الاستبيان)، و توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التي سنردها في هذه النقاط التالية: - توجد فروق في استخدام التطبيقات الاتصالية للهواتف الذكية بين الأساتذة و الطلبة في قسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال بجامعة ورقلة، حيث أن التطبيق الاتصالي "الفايس بوك" يعد من أبرز التطبيقات الاتصالية المستخدمة من طرف طلبة القسم، في حين نجد التطبيق الاتصالي"لتويتر" يعد من أبرز التطبيقات الاتصالية المستخدمة من طرف أساتذة القسم، و هذا كله في عملية النشر و التواصل مع الآخرين. و هذا ما يؤكد صحة فرضيتنا المطروحة في هذا الجانب. - الهواتف الذكية وتطبيقاتها الاتصالية عززت من انتشار ظاهرة صحافة المواطن في وسط طلبة و أساتذة قسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال جامعة ورقلة، كون هذه الهواتف صغيرة الحجم ذات تقنيات عالية و تطبيقاتها الاتصالية سهلة الاستخدام، هذا ما مكّن أفراد العينة من ممارسة النشر و البث عبرها، وهو ما ساهم في انتشارها و ممارستها بصفة يومية أو بفترات متعددة. و هو أيضا ما يؤكد صحة فرضيتنا في هذا الجانب. - المواطن الصحفي بإمكانه عبر أدواته الاتصالية التكنولوجية أن يسد النقص الذي لم تغطه وسائل الإعلام التقليدية، و هو ما لمسناه جليا في دراستنا الميدانية، كون أن وسائل الإعلام لا يمكن لها تغطية كل الأحداث والمواضيع الحاصلة في المجتمع، فهذا بحكم أجندتها و أولوياتها، كما هو الحال في المواضيع الاجتماعية مثلا، بالإضافة إلى السياسة التحريرية لكل مؤسسة إعلامية فالصحفي مقيّد بها، و هو أيضا ما يؤكد صحة فرضيتنا في هدا الجانب. - التطورات المتسارعة التي تشهدها تقنيات الهواتف الذكية و تطبيقاتها الاتصالية جعلت من صحافة المواطن مساعدا حقيقيا لوسائل الإعلام التقليدية، بدليل أن هذه الأخيرة اليوم أصبحت تخصص في منظومتها الإعلامية حيزا يشمله أخبار و تقارير و روبوتاجات و حتى تحقيقات ..الخ، من إنتاج و صناعة المواطن الصحفي ما يعني أن صحافة المواطن عرفت نقلة أخرى بفضل التطورات المتسارعة لتقنيات ممارستها بحكم أنها أصبحت هواية باستطاعة الجميع ممارسها. وهو ما ينفي صحة فرضيتنا المطروحة في شكل " التطورات المتسارعة التي تشهدها تقنيات الهواتف الذكية و تطبيقاتها جعلت منها منافسا و بديلا حقيقيا لوسائل الإعلام التقليدية".

The aim of this study to is identify the use of communicative applications smart phones by students and professors of information science and communication department of Ouargla University and its contribution to strengthening the press of a citizen. And we have discussed this problematic: how can use of smart phones applications contribute to strengthening a citizen’s press from the point of view of the students and professors of information science and communication department of - Ouargla University? And tried to answer the following hypotheses:  Smart phone applications connectivity use differs to the professors and students of the of information science and communication department of Ouargla University.  Smart phone applications enhanced communication, the spread of citizen press phenomenon.  The citizen can through technological tools for smart phones to fill the shortage that did not covered by the traditional media.  The increasing developments in techniques of smart phones and their applications made them a competitive and a real alternative to traditional means of information. And for testing hypotheses study and access to accurate results we used the descriptive approach analytical work, and the study was conducted on a sample Through the intent consists of 822 individual distributed as follows: 802 university students registered in information science and communication section, 20 university professors teachering in information science and communication department of Ouargla University. With regard to the study tools, was reliance on ( The questionnaire form) and reached the following conclusions, which we will display in the following points: - Communicative applications smart phones have contributed significantly to the strengthening of the phenomenon of the press of the citizen, so that enabled the students of the science department of information and communication to take electronic space scope for the application of the principles and the basics of press work professional ways or simple as the capacities and potential of each student and, on the other hand. In terms of the university professors of section affrontes citizen journalism using communicative applications for the Smartphone contributed to highlighting information capacities, as well as to why the interaction of individuals with its content information, and the respect and appreciation of their own, despite that some of them is a journalist in the media institution. But these communications applications despite the easy to install and use have added a kind of public participation in the mesh. - Smart phones communicative applications are the most commonly used to students and professors of information science and communication department of Ouargla University, where the application communication "Face book" and "Twitter" are the most prominent communications applications used exclusively by the publication process and communicate with others being the most common and used in the press of the citizen by the sender and recipient, more applications and other communications. This confirms the validity of hypothesis raised in this aspect. - Smart Phones communication applications strengthened the proliferation of the phenomenon of the press of the citizen among students and professors of smart phones, the fact that these phones are small in size with a high technologies and communications applications easy-to-use, this is what enabled the sample members of the practice of publishing and broadcasting through, which contributed to the proliferation and exercise daily status or multiple periods. And is also what confirms the correctness of the hypothesis in this side. - Press citizen can through the tools of technological communication to fill the shortage that did not covered by traditional media, is what we clearly in our field, the fact that the mass media could not cover all the events and the topics in the society, this is by virtue of its agenda and its priorities, as in the case of social issues, for example, in addition to the editorial policy of each institution briefing said unrestricted , and is also what confirms the correctness of my hypothesis in this side. - The increasing developments in techniques of smart phones and communicative applications made the press of citizen real assistant to the traditional means of information, as evidenced by the fact that the latter has become a specialization in public information system covered space news and reports and a robot and even investigations ....., etc. from the production and industry press citizen means that the press of the citizen known as other shift, thanks to the rapid developments in techniques exercise by virtue of becoming the hobby of all can a practitioner.
